Wowww... this is what I've been looking for.. double storey house with 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor.. it's a very rare design for me.. because usually double storey house standards only have 1 bedrooms on the 1st floor.. I might used this design for real in the future.. THANK YOU SO MUCH 😍😍😍

Very beautiful designed house. Can you do a 9mx7m two storey modern minimalist house with 4 bedroom 1 at the first floor and 3 in the second floor and 2 bathroom 1 on each floor. Nice build as always.
I love this house. My only suggestion is that instead of steel stair railings, you may use glass stair railings for more elegant and seamless look of the interior.
Thanks for the tips! Yes, glass stair railings look better but it is also more expensive than the steel stair railings. But I agree that they make the space more elegant and seamless. Thank you.

Lol! this will definitely fit in my lot with a bit of modification. Sliding doors in the master bedroom leading out to the back, removing the balcony upstairs to make a junior masters room with a toilet and bath. Question: can the stairs be made as señorita steps?

Incredibly beautiful home but too big for 2 retired couple. I really love the computer station in every room. When we get to Pinas, I plan to build a 6 x 10 with carport on the first floor. 2nd floor would be a 6 x 8 apartment with its own separate entrance. Are you located in Metro Manila sir?
