Hello I'm a fresh grad architecture student, I think it would be better if the laundry and pantry would be switched so that the laundry area has direct access going out to dry some clothes (some times dryers damages our clothes). Above the laundry would be the 2nd floor toilet which is better when it comes to plumbing layouts
Hello. That would definitely work too. Though the reason I planned it that way is because I wanted to create a smooth flow of work from the pantry to the ref, then the sink and range. Also, since I put the service door at the side, so the current location of the laundry room is nearer to it. I am also trying to limit the number of doors from outside to inside to two at the ground floor for security reasons that is why I didn't put a direct access going out from the laundry. With regards to the laundry room and 2nd floor toilet, I don't think it affects much since I still wouldn't be connecting the waste pipe (from the laundry) to the soil pipe of the toilet since it will have negative effect to the septic tank. Though you made an excellent point and would really work too. Thank you for sharing 😊
I'm in love with the layout of the ground floor! Would love to see this kind of layout on a bigger lot. Maybe a bathroom on each bedroom? Did a great job as always!

Nah this is exactly what I want for my future house. Kids bedrooms are both on the front side, shared the balcony and the master bedroom is on the back, away from noisy street ❤️❤️

Hello! I really like this house design. I hope you can design for 2 storey 10x10 house facing east. Ground floor to have master bedroom with huge WIC and T&B (2 sink), living, dining, kitchen with pantry, closed dirty kitchen with laundry and sharing t&b. Upper floor to have 1 huge room with WIC, 2 medium sized rooms with closet, 1 sharing t&b, and remaining space for family area/study area, no balcony. Parking excluded from the 10x10 floor area. Tanggalin ung laundry and pantry area, mag lagay nang pantry cabinet mga 0.75m ung kapal from the bedroom wall tapos lagyan sa gitna nang space para sa refrigerator then lagyan nang pinto ung pinag tanggalan nang refrigerator para ung likod na part is dun nlang ang laundry area tapos dirty kitchen pa.

I hope you can make a house design with 150 sqm floor area (2 storey, 3 bedrooms, big kitchen with center island) with a big backyard and with a separate in-laws house - 15 sqm. The total lot by the way is 300 sqm.

Based on 20 M wide x 11 Meter deep Available lot space, can you design a duplex based on this home model? My total lot area is approx 80feet wide x 165 feet deep ( 23M x 48m deep). Or it could also be side by side with 1.5m space in-between. Any info is appreciated.

@@eugcalafiore7678 yesyes, kasi alam nating lahat na dahil sa inflation yung value ng currency natin parang dati 100 ang laki na, ngayon yung 1k parang 100 nalang ngayon, so for a two storey concrete house and if you're thinking na all in na, probably it wouldn't be feasible... Perhaps, keri naman siguro two-storey if maliit yung lot size and floor area.. Pwede rin siguro yung may loft as an alternative.

@@eugcalafiore7678 let's see, he doesn't include costing for his designs. Some channels do, even Amakan (not sure of the name) house is expensive, around 2M budget...kaya, that would be exciting. Maybe you can email your request 1.5M house challenge, then the floor area you want... Abangan ko dito pagnagkataon
