A concern Architect here, Yes it requires a major renovation kapag nagpadalos dalos ka sa desisyon but if you hire a professional he/she will design based from your preferences wants, needs and para magkaroon ka na rin ng probable cost na gagastusin mo for the renovation. I suggest seek advice/ consult ka muna sa architect para makapag usap kayo regarding sa gusto mo and then si architect makipag collaborate sa mga allied professionals like engineers, interior designers para quality ang finish ng trabaho and at the same time satisfied ka as a homeowner kasi lifetime investment nyo yan 😁🏡
I love all your house design....I came across your channel when I was looking for a design ideas for my house...I wish you can make a 2 story modern house, 5 bedrooms (2 ground floor and 3 on the 2nd floor), 3 T&B, roof deck & car garage on the right side of the house in a 120sqm lot area (10m frontage, 12m side)....I hope it is possible with more natural light coming into the house...

House design for 7.8x25 m lot please :( is it advisable to maximize and just have a firewall? Or make space at the sides and make a 6 meter wide house?

Can you estimate a cost for a rough finish two bedroom 2 batn home in this design . The second floor would be the master bedroom and bath . Hello. I’ve seen all of your designs and plans amazing! Could i please request for a house plan and design for a 153 sqm lot. With 5 bedrooms all located in second floor wherein the 2 rooms has their connecting toilet and bath for each. Only the master bedroom has its own master T&B? Also, could i request the living room connected with a lanai/garden and the kitchen connected with the dirt kitchen. I also want the kitchen with a huge and beautiful counter. Please also put small pantry please. I also want a family room on the second floor connected with a balcony.. last request could you please make sure its high ceiling and has a huge living area and dining area.
