We have to advocate for safety in Liberia in order to build these beautiful houses. The criminals are cutting into windows, so people are more building those old styles for protection, whereas porches are put into cages. It saddened my heart.
I love what you are doing to help develop Liberia and bring better housing to the country. How eco-friendly are the homes? Are you considering the environmental impact of the building process? Also do you have or can you recommend a trustworthy company that can oversee the property once it's built if someone were to buy a home or two and want to rent it out for income?
I think the design is not the issue. Do we engineers that can actually deliver on the design? I’m excited to see the finishing product on current houses y’all are building.
Yes There’re a lot of very capable engineers in Liberia, just that 1. Most Liberians don’t know them , 2. Most Liberians don’t want to pay good money for modern homes , they want cut corners But yes , there’re and there’s lots of modernist homes in Liberia now that looks similar to this But yes that was a great concern u brought up , thanks for watching

A house like those in a prominent area of America would typically be about 250k-750k depending on square feet,land size, and amenities. When I was hearing the prices you said I was astounded.
We are building a house like this for way less then the prices mentioned in the video like 50k for 2 floor mansion style just depends where and who you know.

I’ve been building in Liberia for a bit now and have personal relationship with manufacturers and vendors and I have very in-depth knowledge of labor and material cost … a duplex mansion style home to the level of craftsmanship and details like I posted can not be done for $50k or less like u stated … I’ll love to see what that floor plan and model looks like and if it’s completed and finished ( important part is the finishing)

I did not mention any built house , I was showing all the different 3D hosue plans my team and I can create for clients from 400 and up Where in this video give you the impression that these are built houses or houses that are for sale ? The problem isn't with the design but the person or company that can execute the job. The blueprint should look like the actual building but not in most cases in Liberia. Finding the right man for the job is the problem.
True I just addressed this under another person comment similar to this But yeh that’s not accurate tho , most Liberians start with the wrong house plans , same old design , that’s where the issue starts , trust me I see or every day Most people take for granted the great developers and builders in Liberia You just gotta find the right person but most Liberians are lazy to do due diligence and don’t want to pay for great quality work … they just go by what their friends say oh I know this guy he’s good
It seems like we are always seeing these designs but rarely see a finished building. Do you have actual completed model homes? Also are all the materials available in Liberia to make these per the illustration with the landscaping? Lastly it doesn’t look like multi car parking is taken from not consideration from these designs. Is that the case? Thanks.

Almost all homes that are being build , are targeted to Diaspora Liberians, Company and NGOs, as well as the Affluent Liberian that have money to spare. People who are building now are spending well over 150k to build. Everyone wants their dream home. IF this wasn't a private entity, then we can talk about the economy. Like if the Government was building affordable home ...
