This wouldn't be the first time the patent office has accepted things that should be criminalized. The fact that they even think your facial expressions or biometric data can be collected for any reason shows how far behind the laws are (especially in the US), and how morally bankrupt and evil the people running Activision are. Never mind that multiplayer is **presented** as even match PvP, so any of these systems being implemented could be interpreted as criminal fraud as well as subject to civil suit regardless of what EULA says.

They used chatgpt to make a bot in runescape talk to nearby players while it was fishing. After a while some people added it to their friends list, thinking it was a person. When it was banned there were people who were upset, feeling a friend had been banned unjustly - they didnt realise their friend was a bot that was lieing to them and pretending to be real. All these patents are taking this level of manipulation to the level where vulnerable players are going to be influenced to buy things by false friends - who seem real because they have profiles, clan tags and the odd random behaviour during play. Imagine joining a clan where you turn out to be the only actual person it it - what sort of damage could that cause to a person? At what point does that become deception on a legal level? How do we deal with the situation where a vulnerable child suddenly has all their "friends" taken away because the algorithm feels they bought enough skins and no longer require the attention - so it kicks them from the clan and gives their favoured slot to another?
When you've played CoD long enough, you know when things don't feel or look right. I've suspected for a while now that CoD was determining my wins and losses, but it never felt as obvious as with MW3. This video just proves everything I've suspected. I'm done with this franchise for good.

It’s just sad. This series use to be so fun and meant something to fans. You played and tried to have the best KD or get the high lvl. It makes a lot of sense that they've put so much work into these systems. Everyone is always up in arms about standard features being taken away, little to no changes between titles, frequent recycling of maps and models, where is all their work going? Why does the game require so much storage space and system resources for less than standard performance? It's all being invested in these systems. Why waste time on all the things that would improve the gaming experience when you could pour all of your manpower into skins, bundles, and manipulative systems to trick players into spending more?

All I can say is thank God for indie games who don't make games for profit and they don't use these draconian dystopian systems. Look at the game like Battlebit remastered that got more popular than the current battlefield game. Battle bit remastered was some of the most fun I've had literally in years and I'm still playing it every week.

If I remember correctly, we were told that we could create a private lobby and the ai bots would actually be shadows of people on your friends list. Trying to mimic your friends play style and ability. So this is nothing new. The implementation of this "feature" certainly seems to be.
Former COD pro here... we exposed the RIGGED GUNFIGHTS in black ops 1. Blame Truth never believed us back then when we exposed it. Aim resist, dmg nerf, hit registry, speed n animations, spawns, audio tracking... ALL OF ITS RIGGED while pulling the better player out of server time and adding the extra difficulty parameters according to individual skill parameters! High influencers are WHITELISTED by activision from the rigging, meanwhile us pros are buying MICROTRANSACTIONS before high paying tournies to have the intensity of the rigging less intense. NOT about money at all... that only leads to puppets in power positions, not the PUPPET MASTERS who control all mega corporations under the sun!! Goes far deeper and darker but ill end it here...
So basically, games companies are starting to replace real players in multiplayer games with fake AI players which are trained to act like humans and also have fake accounts which are generated to look real, and all of this is so that they can control the outcomes and difficulty of your games as optimally as possible to try and get you as addicted to the game as possible. It will also do this by throwing you into lobbies where you either win automatically or lose automatically because of the difficulty settings of all of these fake players, so ironically, the publishers told the game developers that to make their games more user friendly, they had to take the multiplayer out of the game and turn it into a "fake multiplayer" where players think they're going against other people, but really they're just playing against the same NPCs as the story mode, they just have AI installed to make them act more like real players would.
As a high skill player in every fps I play I could feel the mid game balancing in MW2 with spawns. I would go on a streak and then proceed to spawn in front of enemy gunfire behind me they don’t even have to move their reticle because it’s already aimed on me. Also in the middle of a hard point for example the losing team will spawn on the point even when the winning team is actively on the point.
Yeah I’m someone who’s definitely above average at cod and I simply stopped playing, it’s unfortunate because no game has the same feel as cod, but I ain’t playing a game that punishes you for having thumbs.
I’ve gone through games where I start normal getting kills and out of nowhere my gun just stops killing people, 2-3 shots on them and then no more hit markers and I die
I’m about to dive into the TOS to see if we are legally allowing activision to gather our biometrics. Thats medical data and falls under pretty strict privacy laws. Only way I can see them gathering this data legally is within the Terms of service some where. If not, that’s a huge law suit waiting to happen.

It could be linked with Battleye actually, since its allowed to scan our computers and has to stay running during all game play sessions. I cant personally find something specific enough to justify how they are using this information, but im sure its in there somewhere.
Could still be illegal even it’s stated in the tos. We’re signing away our rights to play their game and with that game we expect (and they market to us a certain experience). It creates a profile that can identify you using only the input of your controller/m&k based on the unique inputs we provide. That is all that is needed, it records subpixel movements and can identify individual profiles after 5 minutes of gameplay. This data can be used to identify you in ANY game running this system and maintain the profile as a gamer gets better over their lifetime. You wont be able to even switch games. Cod is so increadible rigged its litteral unplayable. And i comment all over the web to make people aware. And cod algorithm knows that and punnish me so hard 24/7. I have been playing cod since black ops one, where i litterally got the dogs killstreak 80% of the game. I had 55kills and 3 deaths with a sniper in a single tdm match where Max score is 75. I have a destinct playstyle which current developsers hate. Its all based upon quick one tapping enemies. In warzone 1 i ran dual snipers in warzone. Super fast spr for close up, and a very fast kar98k for long range. I also loved crossbow + ballistic knife. And some riot + ballistic knife. Cod hate such gamestyle. So when riccochet dropped together with vanguard in warzone we had the first written proof of live nerfing players mid fight. Where riccochet would live nerf damage of cheaters. Im legit, but as soon as this patch went live i had my first week where my spr refused to one tap headshots… an entire week. I first thought i was rusty, so went to priv game and trained vs 250hp lifed bots. But thats online as well so just made it Worse. Then i thought they nerfed it, but found out that it was not. Getting loadout was a struggle as well because every floor loot smg needed a full mag to down a player, and people love to 3rd party. My spr stopped to one tap, my kar98ks stopped to one tap, crossbow stopped to one tap, ballistic knife stopped to one tap and all other guns felt like peashoters. From this point i was aware of ingame live nerfs. I started to record and Watch it in slow Motion as soon as i got ps5. And people would shit bricks if they saw all that was happening: - close up spr shot aimed at head curved horisontal and downwards and always landed enemy right hip. Even point bland where enemy hip would not Even be visible in scope blood would squirt from enemy right hip. - crossbow would deliver half impact damage, or go true enemy dealing no damage. - ballistic knife would do the same as crossbow, people was alive while having my ballistic blade burried inside their skulls. - smg/ar would have shit damage and shit hit detection - throwing knives would curve horizontal around enemies, Even point blank, and sometimes just go true them dealing no damage. - explotions would deal low damage as well. - some people also survived sniper headshots. - riot shield would be fully pierceable - stuns would be rigged as well. Then came mw2022: - already in beta my mkII marksmann rifle had more damage if i shot enemies in the tie instead of the head. - throwing knives floats up in the air or suddenly make a bounce over enemies, happens at a rate of 70% - aim and introduced lags/«earthquake effects» which makes ur screen Shake, as if ur inside a 10m wave trying to aim at enemies, gun would also refuse to fire until u click button 6 times. This was typical nerfs to high damage guns such as season one bryson shotties and akimbo snakeshots. - aim was also modified with «globe of invulnerability» where if u aim at certain enemies the game would push ur aim away over and over again. Sometimes just turn ur entire fov the other way. - recoil, aiming sway, flinch, and general speed is rigged as well. - and ofc hitmarkers and damage nerfs and adjustment of hitbox sizes. In warzone 3/mw3 i have noticed way more ads speed adjustment, and the server also loves to put you 2m into the open visible for enemy, meanwhile urself is behind cover and cant see enemy. Gulag is nearly impossible to win. Mw2 and mw3 warzone is also skillgapped by removing all form of quick one tap wepons. Dynamic weather and nade smokes are also rigged. You may have like Max 30m view due to thick fog, meanwhile enemy dont have this fog and can easy see you at 200m. So what im left with is: - nerfed every function and stats possible - no fun high risk/high reward setups where you can overcome enemy with superior reaction, accuracity and movement. Its not unormal to need to deal 700-900 damage to an enemy in warzone to kill him, meanwhile urself need 4-5 bullets and ur hitbox is size elephant. It just gets boring. Cod is on the long way to kill its own game serie. And i hope they loose so much money that they cant afford to make more games. They dont know how to make games anymore, its just simulators we play in to gather info for them.
Common Business practice would be to lure in a fair number of Clients from the competition ( by making the Players( Customers) happy) then have to follow the money and do what you have to do in any business. I bought a bundle on MW 2019 a few years ago, and I still remember the first match I played, I destroyed the enemy team. Idr my KD, but I want to say I had over 40 kills with around 5 deaths. After watching this video, it makes complete sense.
And whats even crazier is they dont need a webcam to watch you. If you have a smart tv, its watching you. Our modems can map out the inside of your house, as well as detect where you are at. I’m definitely not playing it anymore. I uninstalled and I’ve been playing cod religiously since mw2 (2009) came out. This type of matchmaking I will definitely not stand for nor support.
I deleted mw2 off my hard drive in August due to bots being on my team every other match would have 2-4 bots, noticeably. Glitching out running against walls. Laying in the back of the map acting as bullet sponges on domination, not capping, not helping just allowing the other team to T off on them. Then combined that with hackers and them deactivating my microphone for being frustrated at the chopper gunner hacker spawn killing me over and over. If i cant curse and trash talk or communicate with my 1 other human teammate on a 6 person team, why am i playing? THEY WILL USE AI BOTS TO MANIPULATE PLAYERS IDEOLOGICALLY, POLITICALLY, FINANCIALLY, CRIMINALLY. Whoever holds the best online multiplayer game, will own the most people. Elections wont need to be rigged. Say hello to gamer induced communism. People will not know the difference between AI or real people and this is just the first stage. I was the first person i ever heard talking about the bots back in July-August. Everyone i told about them brushed it off. Thank you for confirming! PARENTS!!! This is funny because I played the trial and thought it was the best gunplay in years but I could tell there was something deeply wrong with what I thought were servers at the time… never bought the game anyhow.

Microsoft is a publicly traded company just like Activision was, in essence, they have to try and get as much money as possible from players/customers, they can be held liable by their shareholders if they don't. I can only hope that perhaps they focus more on microtransactions and allow matchmaking to be random, but I doubt it. Activision made all these patents and it made them massive amounts of money and Microsoft would be stupid to not use them in their other games. People think Microsoft bought Activision for the game titles like CoD or Crash Bandicoot, but the fact they were so happy to give them up and not make them exclusive to Xbox for the deal to close, tells me they weren't really after the gaming titles, they wanted Activision's technology and infrastructure instead, the gaming titles were just a bonus. Considering Halo has a very similar matchmaking system to CoD's and it was run by Microsoft for years, I'd say that we're going to get more of the same as before. The old days of booting up CoD and searching for a match under 25-50ms of ping and getting in instantly are dead. I miss those days, but they're gone. I just want another matchmaking system like the original MW2/MW3 where you could pretty much find a lobby in like 10 seconds at peak hours. Prepare for them to access your phone's camera and track your facial expressions in real time while you play Warzone Mobile, in order to understand whether the game should feed your next lobby lots of AI low skill bots or high skill ones. They will try and include this in the game's device permissions on Android and iOS and also in the EULA/Terms of Service which no one reads. I wouldn't be surprised if they're tracking how much people move their controller with the in-built gyroscope that's in the DS4 and DS5 on consoles too, just to understand if someone's raging or not, usually if you're raging you're throwing your controller around a lot. This is all leading to something... Soon it will probably access the in-built controller microphone on your device/headset and use an AI to detect what you're saying, to find out if you're unhappy with the game you're playing and it will tone down the difficulty of the AI bots in the lobby in real time.

I noticed weird behavior when the mw2 moshpit was out. I love paying shoothouse, im truly a master of it. So day 1 of that moshpit, i ended up in the upstairs and i killed the whole team 1 by 1 and when i made it to the window i could see them b lining it towards me, like 2 of them id kill then 3 would b line to me, then 4 i killed them until it was all 6 running towards me glued at the hip. No trying to outplay just feeding me until i was overwhelmed. This was obviously before bot accusations but i was like huh... players dont play like this.. i was confused and it didn't feel right

As someone who has actually been addicted to things that make you physically and mentally obsessed, this isn't even in the same spectrum. All you have to do is turn the game off. I've been off hard drugs for years and STILL have that battle even after stopping. I stopped playing WZ and literally could care less even though it was my favorite MP experience of the past 15 years that i spent thousands of hours on. I want my nephew to play real video games. It bothers me a ton. But theres a patent you missed that is also new. You'll see it in my textbook briefly. @@shaggytoph my own it will be my own 6 hour video I made to compile all the knowledge ive found through videos already existing with my gameplay to support it. My hope is to have it uploaded by the 24th. But it's rendering and the editor crashed once at 90% done. So im just letting my computer do that right now. Which is odd, this program never crashes in rendering. Its normally from zooming in and out too much on the viewport that crashes it.
I will be the one to say it. This is bad. The programmed POV from the user can be used to identify in-life threats and program Terminator Robots. I am not kidding. I wont play it. All of this needs to be completely scrapped. It doesn't begin anywhere else but in the lack of User participation. This is beyond Greed.

very naive. i saw your video with your 50 accounts, what do think they use account numbers for? it pushes the company value at the stock market. thats why they dont like to ban, if they do they do it to the least active accounts. only way to stop them is to not engage in any way with this company. by the time they speak about all of this, you will not be able to know who is real and who is AI. you are an addict to them if you dont stop it right now you are used like an addict. and you are a cheater on top of it, guys like you gave them multible times more accounts to show off and boost the market value, dont try to sell your corrupted mind as superior. you are a part of the problem more then anyone else by spreading this stupid mindset
The most admirable thing about this is a lot of players broke down how these systems could be working in the background years ago. Lo and behold theu guessed right on a lot.
ive never went in depth with the matchmaking but something def felt way off... ill probably never play cod again knowing this now, i had speculation of stuff like skill based damage and having it harder for full squads and easier for bundle buyers but this is a whole new level of scumbagery. Then add cheaters to the mix and this is the most insufferable game of all time. I always would win my gulags but mw3 came out and I lost like 20 straight, like seriously never felt less confident in a game and ive been playing since the beginning cods
I gave a follow and this game is crazy ive been playing so hard and sweaty more than ever and im super aggressive and my kd is usually good but its been impossible too better than a 1.2 all year and im kinda cracked smh
