It's a beautiful house at my favorite city to retire but the deal killer will be the price. if you convert it into U.S dollar the total cost will be $656k. it's way over-price that is like an equivalent of two houses in Las Vegas.

In fact, the first vlog of that beautiful house was 26M then the nxt vlog 33M then nag re price sila 28M. It's better if u want to buy that BH talk directly the owner... Every vlogger nag tataas sila. Kaya 'm pretty sure d mabebenta yan. Nice house but not worth for 33M.. Gud luck sa mga vlogger hope ma benta nyo sa gustong nyong halaga.✌️✌️✌️

Why not put the year built of your buildings or houses you show or sell, if you take a look into how the usa and canada sells property it is so complete all the details is shown clearly ,transparency in all details is all there, so buyers can have a choice etc.,,and please do not post sold properties it is annoying to look at and realize it is sold, thank you , you mostly show the beautiful furniture or fixtures which is already obviously seen, but not the bigger picture of the property, example yearbuilt,property taxes,price, etc.
