That's a decent way to add a "status bar" to a WinForms app (not sure why someone would decide to create a new WinForms app in 2019/2020 though). Especially since one could develop in WPF and use color animations to make this easier and more powerful. Great job though; however, your example doesn't allow for the "real" time it will take to load an app, this is just an update of the width of a panel based off of timer tick event. I'm assuming you did this for the simplicity of the example whereas a real example would likely check the status of something that's really loading in the backend and upgrading the width using a 0 to 100% logic instead.

Can you please make a tutorial on game launcher with possibility to change settings(graphics, resolution, etc) outside the game, so in-game we don't have to change again and again.

I know you haven't uploaded in a while, but can you continue this series? In your description you say "In this series of Food Order Application with Database, its the first episode where we will learn to design a Splash Screen". I would be very interested in combining UI I made in WinForms with an SQL Database, which creates a copy of the empty table and saves data written to it. For example by exporting it to .txt or .csv files. If you can't continue this series thats also fine, I would be happy to atleast get a comment on how to approach my idea.
