I always appreciate when people use Harley Benton basses on tone reviews. Even though I don't own a HB bass yet, I'm a supporter of this breand becuase they have improved so much in the last couple years and have become so incredibly good.
Awesome bass tone 😎🤘🏻🎸 and congrats on having a daughter. I personally like using distortion on bass and this bass tone sounds phenomenal. I too have been recording ampless for years and I have such a phenomenal experience on that. Anywho, great clip on creating a killer bass tone
@@Komposition101 that’s pretty cool. I actually own some darkglass pedals on my pedalboards. I got a vintage microtubes on my main pedalboard and a microtube x7 on my backup pedalboard(I own 2 pedalboards btw). I might add a b1k on my backup pedalboard since I’m looking for a new overdrive pedal to replace the old one.
Thanks man! Glad you enjoy it! Indeed it is! I just got it recently. I am thinking of doing a review on it, when I played it a bit more. Tbh, for the price. It's amazing. The body feels kinda plastic-y and cheap, but it plays and sounds great. And not heavy at all! Actually suprisingly light.
@@Komposition101 that's amazing! I asked about the weight because I got a 4 string JB75 model and it's rrreally heavy at like 4.9kg, so although I like everything else about it, I wouldn't mind grabbing something lighter. Looking forward to watching that review!
The IR is still the cab. In a way, the Obsidian 7000 serves as the amp. You could use any stock cab from the Helix. I would recommend any of the AMPEG cabs, they sound amazing 🕶
