@@anotheryoutubeaccount5259 meh, I’d say we just have different standards from what we expect from multi billion dollar companies. Funny moments are nice but when it comes to paying full price for a product, I expect at bare, minimum completeness, competency, high quality, and potential realized results. That’s the bare minimum standard for paying full price for a product from a multi billion dollar company . On top of that, that’s just basic fundamental of a standard. That’s the product meeting the fundamental technological aspects and being a complete and play tested polished finished product. A little perspective as most people don’t really fully appreciate what these numbers actually mean, try this : 1,000,000 seconds is the equivalent of 11 days . 1,000,000,000 seconds is the equivalent of 32 years. Let that sink in. Now I think in terms of money. Now think about how Activision or these AAA multi billion dollar game companies do not just have 1 billion… They have 10, 30, 50, 70, etc. billions! Limitless talent staff hiring potential, limitless resources and more financial backing to invest in the success of their projects then you can even comprehend. And then think about the reoccurring pattern of the state/standard, at which these projects/product are put out. Think about the resources and money and technology that these companies have access to, and then look at what you’re given. Multi billion dollar industry full of multi billion dollar companies , and half the time you see more passion and more potential realized with the small Indy companies with limited staff and resources and finances. It don’t add up. I think consumers should have higher standards for multi billion dollar companies… I do because I know for a fact with the finances and resources that they have access to, they could easily provide much much much more than what consumers settle for. The more consumers settle, the more it benefits, the company in pocketing more of its own money, and not having to invest in the project nearest much while still accessing the same profit, revenue projections that they expect from consumers. But if consumers had a standard that forced them to invest in their projects to meet that standard in order to access their wallets… Well, we would be getting a much different and much better product.
