I went on tinder for the first time yesterday with a burner account to see a cross section of modern women. I’m 28years old, with filter set for 18-26 year olds. I “no” swiped on every profile that had a bikini/thirst trap photo, was overweight, or had children. I maybe “yes” swiped on 1/10, and that’s with that extremely light criteria. I didn’t go on the app looking for success (as we all know how dating apps operate nowadays) but I wanted to see the state of the women on there. Oh yeah, of those 1/10, that still included women with nose rings, tattoos, drinkers, partying, etc. Not a single one in 2 hours of swiping looked to have the potential to be a wife. There are ZERO quality women on mainstream dating apps, and I can only hope (foolishly) that it is not representative of all women today.

So we get together for lunch after all these years and she reminded me about how toward the end of our relationship her girlfriends convinced and drug her out to the club scene dancing and drinking and how that was wrong to do to me at that time. I remember that and that was part of the reason I got out of it when I did.

I am 37 years old, but last year I dated a 23 year old, because I made myself a valued person where I live, and when women come into my life, they chase me, and I make clear boundaries of my intent and how much disdain I have for their general behavior, to where multiple girls make symbolic gifts to me when they dedicate themselves to me, but unfortunately the itch of attention they have in their pocket is far greater than anything I can offer and I can barely hold onto a girlfriend for more than 6 months.
