Loving your channel. I have a 1994 NAS Defender 90. Had it for 8 years. Runs like a charm with air conditioning, etc. Can't wait to upgrade the exterior the way you are doing this one! Keep up the good work. Big fan.
I added Fox and progressive eibach springs to my 110, lowered by an inch and its amazing. 33 inch, kl71s underneath it and it really transformed it. Love the air on this too.
I wouldn't worry about the subscribers - keep putting quality content like this out and you'll be sorted. Your vids keep getting better and better. Love this build!
This is a major problem with RU-vid! people who make awesome videos who have a lot of knowledge on cars don’t get the subscribers they deserve! Meanwhile some chav has just stuck a splitter on his car and gets 100k subscribers 🤦🏻♂️
Very nicely done. I’ve got an ‘86 D110 LS3 that I want to do this to. It’s already had the big brakes put on (Twisted), but is in the process of lots more custom work. So excited to have it ready!
Something I found that is perfect for stopping dirt get into the bearings once you remove the hubs are Pringles plastic lids. Try it the fit perfectly. I could not help notice you had a lot of crud in the bearing housing, which I know you would have cleaned up. But try the Pringles test : )
My Defender is a 2011 90. I bought it lowered. The previous owner had trouble getting in and out of car parks. I kind of like it low, the air system would be a bonus so that I had a choice. The black and silver combination is great. However, I do prefer the sawtooth wheels.
Congratulations, very cool!!! I'm passionate about the services you guys do at Defenders. If I could, I would take mine for you to customize. A question how did you do to align the tires with the air suspension?
That defender looks amazing mate that low You’ll be building me one like that when I win lottery that’s for sure air ride big brakes tune map demon exhaust the works
Ah mate I love your work and your channel, from a fellow garage owner you can do much better making a tidy rear brake pipe on the axle, shape it nicely. good boy x
I was wondering about the air hoses and how you protected then from abrasion, gromets maybe? I use heat shrink tubes for wiring where abrasion could be a future issue i wonder if that would work for the air hoses as well? Thanks for the videos, take care, God bless one and all.
Awesome vid! From the looks of it you put the tinted foil on the outside.....Isn`t this causing problem with weather etc. putting stress on these things?
I have been a long time subscriber. Really enjoy the videos. I really need a juice cap for when I’m working on my defender. Will you ever sell juice branded caps?
Hi guy love what you do and keep doing it ❤. Haven’t got a defender after watching all your videos inspired me and finally got one 🎉 Could you please tell me the tire size 🙏
How about as a new project, a D2 with full air suspension? I had the idea of adapting D3 or D4 front suspension units & then fitting the air ride system that you use on the rear. Ive an 1999 D2 td5 that ive been thinking of doing this conversion on, but not found someone willing to try it.
Hi I have a question in regards to the OnAir kit. Since you've obviously driven on both the Koni Red & Fox Suspension. What would you say the differences are between the two feeling wise? Thanks!
I've been trying to source air suspension for my 110 everywhere. I have an ARB compressor, fitted a tank, have already moved the front shocks to the outer dual shock placement and am looking for a control system & airsprings. How did you manage to find them? +I subscribed the first day I found you. :D
The air bags on the 90. Are they more reliable than those placed or that you can place on the discovery? Always seems a problem on discoveries. Thank you great channel. I subscribe!!! Lol
