Actually these have not been modded. These were installed in 1988 with these Innovation fixtures. The central part of the mall also had two scenic with Innovation as well. However they ended up having to mod those from the two separate elevators to the one really large one that they have now. I'm actually surprised they haven't modded these yet. Looks like the only mod to these are the bumpers were replaced with an eye curtain, stop switch replaced with key, and the "Firefighter's Operation" box was added.
