I know several people have been wondering what the new mod here looks like and have been wanting me to go back here. As of Mid September of 2022, 2 out of 4 elevators have been modernized, 1 was in progress but almost done and surprisingly, 1 was still Schindler with the VERY RARE EPCO WGH Touch Buttons. I was a little surprised the last original elevator wasn't being modded yet when I came here. I'd suspect it's probably been taken out of service by now, but that's beside the point.
You're probably wondering what I think of the New Modernization, and here's what I think. KONE is doing an excellent job with the mod! The New Innovation fixtures actually look quite nice, the New Cabs are very nice, and the new elevators are VERY Fast & Smooth and feature the new KONE voice and everything. However, The mod being done while excellent is still very unfortunate, and the VERY RARE Schindler's will very much be missed. The existing elevators were already perfectly smooth and had nice cabs as is, they didn't look outdated, and NOTHING will beat or replace the VERY RARE EPCO Touch Buttons, which as far as I know will be completely extinct once every elevator here is modded.... The other thing is that the existing elevators were ONLY about 20 years old meaning they weren't even old at all and considering how well they ran, I do find this mod to be pointless. That said though, the new mod could've definitely been worse even if I don't find it necessary and I think this is an acceptable albeit completely unneccesary and unfortunate replacement.
For those wondering, the Island Building as well as the Low Rise bank have both started modernization but all of the working elevators in those banks were still original. In other words, if you want to see an Original Schindler here, you still have a little less than a year left! And for those who have filmed these or the mearby Rosen Centre (before the mod), consider yourselves lucky as these could very well be the last of their kind!

1st Modernization in Circa Early 2000s. (Schindler with EPCO WGH/OIP Fixtures, New Motors, New Controllers, New Cabs and New Lanterns. Nothing left original except the outer doors.)
2nd Modernization in 2022. (KONE with Unknown New Innovation fixtures, New Cabs, New Motors, New Controllers, and New Lanterns. Outer doors left as is.)
