Modernizing The Indian Legal Landscape- Introducing The Three New Criminal Laws 

Three rather revolutionary legislations namely- Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam will be replacing the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPc) and the Indian Evidence Act. The reforms are brought about to dismantle the age old and archaic colonial era Legal system of India.
