That intro dimmed the lighting in my room, turned all the furniture into leather and unbuttoned the top buttons of my shirt all in one go Edit: ugh that flute keeps coming in and refilling my whisky and lighting my cigar
@@ramrose4111 its a symbol for palestine (same color palette as the flag) because otherwise algorithms are flagging the flag (lol) and the post about it and making them less visible
@@vondas1480 Oh don't talk like that about yourself dear no matter how much you hate yourself or you feel overwhelmed by depression. Just try to keep your thoughts positive all the time 😊 #mentalhealth
Fun Fact: This guy is argentinean and the name of the album is a quote of the argentinean expresident, Juan Domingo Peron, "Organization beats time". Saludos desde Gregorio de Laferrere, La Matanza
@@lucamp1 Sisi, exacto, por lo q ví además de productor es diseñador grafico así q estimo q el arte de las tapas de los albums son de él tmb, un crack total
@@igormendoncacanga2569 cant also forget slower pace. I don't remember most of them off memory but yeah all those folks have fantastic stuff as well as aesthetics

After a long and tiring day at the office, I arrive home. The sun is still setting, its a warm summer day. I pick some ice cubes and a whisky bottle, mixing both of them inside an elegant glass. Sit at my leather sofa which is turned directly at the sunset. A warm breeze comes through the window. I play the intro and then, for that moment, life is good.
It's "fusion" - trip-hop; vapor wave; jazz, jungle, house. Pretty unique, not a lot of artists replicating exactly this sound; there's a lot going on here
Discovered this while having 'Msakhan', a Palestinian dish, for dinner with friends. Immaculate vibes, artwork is fire and it just came into my feed at a perfect timing.
Proud to be PALESTINIAN. 🇵🇸 The tracks are so good! They remind me of the early 2010s and me spending my evening on the internet. Such lovely times they were.
Has nobody listened to music from the 90's? This is straight from the chill room of a 90's rave. so many good artists from that era. Boards of Canada, Thievery Corp, Massive Attack, even Groove Armada at their height. Massive Attack albums are a MUST@@EntryLevelLuxury
@@benroth4013 Dude boards of canada was like... oh man. Soundtrack of my 2009-11. Saw Thievery Corporation a few times too. Roommate in 2010 was very into massive attack, good sex music. I was all over that era. Good times.
I find it incredible how something intangible like music can keep us company. Even when we're in the same place, listening to good music can change our mood and redirect us to our inner selves. Thanks to all the unshared companionships, to the creators who, even though they're not with us here and now, accompany us
After 75 years in exile, two generations passed left the world with the hope to return and two generations fighting for it, me and my family are truly thankful for the solidarity by the whole world to the Palestinian cause. I hope that one day we will all drink tea on the shore of Yafa, my home city. I just love the world.
I hope this music never ends. I hope this feeling that I get from these songs--- that there are still a gazillion ways to make sure no soul feels so wronged by the universe-- never ends. I hope we keep working, keep loving, keep seeing life for what it is. we in this together, you know?
Haunting and ethereal. The atmosphere growing increasingly ominous, reminds me of the deteriorating state of the planet and the impending collapse of our global systems. A powerful and thought-provoking work of art.
i love this album so much, it sounds like im chilling in an apartment in a neon lit city, this is probably the best thing youtube autoplay has put on for me, great stuff, hope this gets to spotify so i can listen on the go :))
Permaculture is a term that means "Permanent Agriculture", i.e. a sustainable and regenerative approach to producing the food and other materials that humans need to grow and thrive WITHOUT harming the earth and disrupting ecological systems in the process. It's tied in with Deep Ecology and Back to the Land movements, and at least when it first originated in Australia, it acknowledged traditional indigenous forms of production.
You could’ve at least sourced it a wee bit, eh? like quoting a few authors: Bill Mollison, David Holmgren, Geoff Lawton to quote only a few, but they’re a good start to branch out towards other permacultors. One thing to remember, ask yourself "this really permaculture" when looking at a person explaining how good this or that machine is. Permaculture is a sexy word. Many use it wrongly just because it smelled of money to them. So the biggest thing to keep in mind is that permaculture is FREE, and based on KNOWLEDGE sharing. In short, if you see someone proposing "permaculture courses", flee (Ahem, Geoff lawton, *cough cough*). flee far. And if a book costs money, remember you can find it for free in PDF version. There’s always a good soul to share the info.
These indies and weird, little-known to men album covers are just so good. "praise the sun god", "Penguin Cafe Orchestra" album and "desert sand feels warm at night" are also very interesting looking. Love the intro of flute and guitar of this one tho, so good.
Here while I drink a cup of coffee at 6 am, my coffee is dark as the sky right now, big full moon still shines. Warming for grind, preparing for another day. Tonight I will have a date with a good girl. My advice: never lose your faith, even when everything seems so distant, little sparks of greatness are flashing in front of you right now, open your eyes, live in the moment, life's good:)
hey, modest by default's entire discography is on sale for 50 cents (or more if you choose) at their bandcamp link in the description right now! great opportunity to listen to 30+ albums from them for practically nothing while still doing a small part in helping out a small artist :-)
@@Avery-ws5sj AHAHAHAHAHAHA this guy doesn't understand transformative properties of sampling and rearrangement in music composition. that's pretty embarrassing for you.
@@p0nt Even though you're right about the sampling, Macroblank has a history of literally just slowing down tracks by K&D and Tosca, then rebranding them as their own. I don't know about MbD so I can't say, but what the person above mentioned is a real issue with barber beats.
@@Deejaycer I totally agree it's low effort but don't really take any issue with it personally. You could lay similar criticisms at the feet of most vaporwave or chop n screw releases, DJ mixes, etc. Arguably repurposing of sound is the entire point of these projects. Considering this as intellectual property "theft" is just music label propaganda.
This popped up in my recommendations and has helped me get through my lengthy cybersecurity homework. Thanks for sharing this artist! From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!
@@Chaneloweenz So I'm fascist because I condemn a militarized ethnostate committing genocide? You know the people of Israel don't even support Netanyahu, right? Bet you didn't know I'm Jewish either. Do you guys just hunt for comment sections to start drama in?
No problem, I felt in love with this music, it helps me relax, think or work etc. I made a playlist for this type of albums ru-vid.com/group/PL8cnGDywI2kWfUMGNzgWDdVmJpIhw4ZMh&si=lPD9HzSzkOzBKf_5
