Not a Christian, but found this advice to be really helpful!! Sometimes I catch myself feeling insecure about going out without makeup, so I’ll make myself do it on purpose to remind myself that I look good with AND without it. Thank you for tackling this taboo subject in modern society. There's dignity and humility in modesty, but young men and women are being tricked into thinking otherwise. Our bodies are sacred and we should not put them on display for the entire world to see.

Wonderful message and a great example for everyone but *especially* for young children/teens who often feel forced/pressured to fit in a certain beauty standard and wear certain clothes. Not even religious, but there's so much wisdom in this video. Your internal self should always come first, because at the end of the day, if you put a fresh coat of paint on a cracked wall, that's not going to fix the issues with it. Also, the memories people have of you when you're gone isn't going to necessarily be of the shoes you wore or the way you styled your hair, it's gonna be the interactions you had and your actions. You need to love yourself before you let others love you. Its a young thing tho, not really being connected with yourself and your body, it will come with time, it will come. The older you become the less you care about others opinions and with that follows the realization that nobody else really thinks about you that negatively that you think they do. I wish you peace and strength, you are on your own journey. It will make sense when its your time. ❤
