I remember studying history which praised Moghals and Colonial Figures and there were hardly 1 or 2 chapters giving briefs of the freedom fighters. The mughals only entered beyond peninsular india during 1600s. The multi-sultanates of remanant delhi sultanate ruled deccan back then. Mughals as central entity ruled 90% of india for anout 80-90 yrs and then it splinted into remanat rulers in peninsula and bengal. Some of it was taken over by Marathas. These are the splinted divided kingdoms that the brits went after one by one. Please stop pretending like mughals ruled all 90% of british india for all 300 years. By the late 1700 mugal ruler was a pupet for powerful local ruler whos power was only limited to delhi. Maybe learn some history rather than taking marching orders from CCP.

1) Muslims didn't rule all of India for 700 years. India from 1192 to 1857 was ruled by a number of small/big kingdoms some of which were Muslim and many of whom were Hindu. Delhi Sultanate ruled only the Gangetic plains between 1206 to 1526. There were native Hindu kingdoms like the Vijayanagara, Ahoms & Rajputs which were until now conveniently omitted from the History textbooks 2) Mughals ruled over North & Central India for 200 years before the Marathas (not British) conquered and made them vassals of Maratha Empire. Another Empire which is conveniently brushed under the carpet to create the false illusion that Mughals fought with British. In reality British defeated Bengal Nawab, Mysore, Marathas and Sikhs to conquer India not Mughals who were back then as said a mere Maratha vassal. Mughal rule effectively ended in 1752 with the signing of Ahmaddiya Treaty. 1857 is just when they were officially ended by the British but the real power was gone more than a century ago 3) Mahatma Gandhi wasn't our "Father" of Nation. India is a civilizational state who doesn't have any individual as a founder but Indus Valley Civilization is generally seen as the start of Indian History. Even the Indian Constitution clearly bans such arbitrary titles like Father of Nation, Maharaja of Nation etc.. from being given to any individual 4) Places of Worship Act 1991 can also be repealed since they are passed by the Parliament with a simple majority.
