Agreed. The old vq35de are hard to make sound really good. But the newer HR and then vq37vhr sound really good no matter what.

One of the best built V6s aswell!

I have the 2015 Q60 coupe. I love it. The sound is intoxicating. I live in a neighborhood with lots of really nice cars and everyone loves the sound of my infiniti.

There's plenty of them out there, just a matter of how far you're willing to go or what you're willing to pay to have one delivered to you.

Lonewolfoperations CarMax has one, and I found 124 on AutoTrader. Though some of the ones on Autotrader are likely errors.

Automatic torque converter sucks, but, meh, the mods are very well thought out and it's pretty unique as he had to custom build the driveshaft to get it to work in the automatic. And it's also his style which I respect.

it only affects 1st gear and 7th gear. The rest would be the same lol

No it effects all gears...hence the term "final drive".

It effects all gears but you are really going to notice it the most when when coming off the line or when you reach 7th gear. Coming off the line it is going to take less force from the motor to get cause acceleration, not to mention he will get into the powerband quicker. In 7th gear he will be at a higher rpm for the same mph compared to stock. These will be the most noticeable differences. Since it is an automatic under most driving scenarios he isn't going to notice too much difference in 3rd-6th gear. It will have the same effects, but if you drive an automatic with 7 speeds how aware are you of the your mph at 6500 rpm in 4th gear? This is an effective mod for this car to increase quarter mile times and beat cars in street races that you might otherwise lose to, like an IS350.

Nope! Z is lighter: Base Curb Weight G37 (lbs) 3631 vs 3272 370z. Z is also cheaper new/used, and the Z is more likely to have the larger brakes as most infinity buyers did not opt for the IPL upgrade. I have a 2014 370z like the turbo'd blue one you tested, so I'm biased!! I ordered tshirts so I get a pass dammit!
