I also have a 23 MT-09-SP. Loving it. Great mods. Looks like you spent another $4K ish?? I'm about to do my first track day at Laguna Seca . Did I hear you right?? Are you saying that the S22 Battleax tires that come stock on the bike are not the same S22's that one might buy aftermarket??? How can that be? I would think that would set them up for a lawsuit if they have two version of the same tire and one offers less performance. If someone was used to the performance of the good one's and then ended up crashing on the cheap one's because didn't know they were the cheap one's that would be a sure law suit. I presume you know what you are talking about but may I ask where your information comes from? I would like to verify that before my first track day. Thanks and enjoy!
I haven’t added up the amount spent lol. I just spent another 300ish on woodcraft “clipons”. If you search on a web search “lower spec OEM tires” you can find lots of info. On the MT-09 FB groups there’s lots of people who have noticed a huge difference vs the OEM s22’s and aftermarket s22s.
how well is the front fender holding up to rocks? i didnt know about all of the carbon options so now my 23 sp is even more of a money pit. thanks brooooo lmao
Hey one more quick question. I assumed that one could scroll through all of the lap times from a 8 to 10 lap session after its over. so that you don't have to be distracted and look down while riding but the book does't say how to do that and there are only two laps on screen at a time. I tinkered a bit but couldn't figure it out. Is there a way to scroll though all lap times?? I presume they will be wipes as soon as I shut down but I would want to know without the dangerous distraction of looking down on fastest part of the track at the start /finish line straight away. . Thx.
