Powerful. These sequences and melodies that emerge, intertwine and grow without respite, the pendulum on the wall that panics (since 3:00), and... the current geopolitical context (how can we forget?). A performance that is both seductive and disturbing. Excellent work. (PS: what scale was used?)
Many, many thanks for the review and for listening with such detail. I'm using an octatonic/diminished scale in a bit of a lazy way. With the exception of a few occasional notes I tap out on the iPad, all the melodies are randomly generated by Turing machines, and I just let them do their thing while I played with mix and timbre controls.
