really miss my 282e, probably the coolest module i’ve ever owned. good call on krait being somewhat similar, will probably be my next purchase after odessa vco gets here. should check out sending envelopes/lfos into dc coupled filters (serge vcfq in low mode for example), some of the most expressive modulation i’ve heard. cheers 🥂 -richard
don't overlook mnemonic devices Junpier + expander. it's a bit pricey but completely worth it imo. I've had a couple of the more popular ones like o_c, kermit mk3, quadrax and so on but Juniper is by far my favorite.
I read through the manual, and it appears to be quite deep. I plan to explore it further at Schneidersladen soon. Regarding the recorder, can you create functions moving the knob? I also see you can set the out to be used as function generator. Can you set also an adsr? thanks
@@richardeasel the knob can be assigned as the 'waveform', and if then recorded it can then be used looping or in one shot mode. CV inputs can also be used to record(and even mix) external inputs as well. A cool feature is that channel outputs can also be used as inputs(internally, without patching), and when doing so the morph control will mix and crossfade between all the channels. I haven't used it much as a function generator, partly because that functionality is new and partly because I really want dedicated controls for envelopes - so I just use other modules for that.
