Here is the process of installing the rest of the HDB Modular system. This process if pretty tedious due to all the wiring, sorry if it puts you to sleep.
They do make wide type grommets. Most auto supply and electronic type suppliers can or will get them. Too late now unless you have to get them. Sweet add-on to your bike my friend. Nice install. Time will tell if it can stand the vibrations and getting beat up in the dirt eh. A good tip is to fill all the connections with Dielectric grease to keep the moisture out. Cheap insurance. I am not a big fan of fancy but that looks like it belongs there. Nice install my friend.
Thanks for taking the time to do this video, Don. You would think for what KTM charges, they would have a decent mounting system for all of that. Thinking about doing that to my 2020 500 EXC-F.
