Georgia does not defer to other state law. It is the only state as such. It is the state you mentioned in your example of states who defer.

It would be more helpful to not include the narrator in the bottom right corner of the video. It is somewhat distracting and he also slips up on almost a word or phrase every sentence because he tries to read off the prompt sheet and look into the camera. I believe the lesson would be taught better if he simply read directly from the sheet and was not projected onto the video. Thank you! I appreciate these videos.
