Bought one and very happy with it… note the floating mode doesn’t work so well though… the magnet isn’t strong enough… the other angles are very sufficient though 😀
14 inch will be too big for this stand, you can take a look at our laptop stand, that might do the work,, tho this one doesn't have the vertical mode: www.moft.us/products/adhesive-laptop-stand

I know I’m late to the party but Check the email confirming your order and contact customer support. The same thing happened to me. They ended up shipping it out the next day and I got it within a week.
