The reason that you see such a reaction to this performance is that first Morqe Sahar is a song against oopression, and second is that Mohammadreza Shajarian was also a person who with his Art was the voice of people against oppression and tyranny.

Dear Tim and Vena You probably just got to know them and now, the father is gone. It impacted us a lot since we grew up with his voice. Apart from music he was such a good human being. After earthquake happened in the city of Bam 17 years ago, he built a school there, also he had several non-profit concerts that their revenue was given to the poor. He really loved the people and people gave the love back to him. Thanks for the tribute.

it'd not modulation or vibrating, We call it "Tahrir" in Persian that has very more technical definition and few people can do it. but don't confuse about the word, Tahrir is used is singing and in writing too, we have a writing technique that named Tahrir too.

Thanks for this dedication and your condolences. I'm one of his fans for decades. Yes, that vocal skill is called "Tahrir" meaning "vocal thrill" or modulation at which he was GREAT! Yes, that is Homayoun, his son, co-performing with his father in this concert held in 2007. And yes, he invited the crowd to co-sign with him, and they did. This is a very emotional song whose lyrics is complaining against the injustice of a government in general

That linkogmila or vibrating thing is called "Tahrir" in persian music This lyric of this song is about a guy talking to a bird which is locked up in cage to break that cage and sing a song about freedom but the bird says i do not feel like getting out of cage and singing so the man prays to the god, to the skies and to the nature to put an end to our dark night...it has a political message but after all, vocally, instrumentally it's a masterpiece

Tahrir, is not Vibration, when we break a note to parts, like quarter note to sixteenth notes on quarter note timing!! It depends to the singer and its creativity to make it upward or downward or even on one note!! Something like making a nightingale bird sound. Thanks you for making this video 🙏🌹

@@chrisdamn2381 yes , like i said at the first, (sometimes about pronunciation: All of the "a" letters in words it sounds like "a" in Bat, That,... and these kind of words) We call this technic in music "Tahrir"(تحریر) but normal people call it "Chahchahe"(چهچهه) Chahchahe is Nightingale bird's sound in our language. On Wikipedia I've found something about it, "Melisma" is what they call. But these technics are different things when we try to do them, just music notation is nearly same! You can find more about Tahrir on google just type Tahrir in Farsi "تحریر" You'll find tutorials too...
