@@Gentlemen113 He's talking about the maqam he uses. Of course, maqam is important when reciting to bring proper emotion to the verse being recited. Avoiding happy melody with verses about jahannam, and applying sad melodies about it instead. Maqam is important but not necessary.
His way of recitation is a kinda similar with sheikh Ayub , Ma sha Allah . You can't hold your tears from falling and heart from trembling while hearing Qur'an. 🙌🏻

As accommodation from a [Lord who is] Forgiving and Merciful.”
