Wow Lena, yogic philosophy very well articulated. Beyond an actress, I wasn't aware she had such a deep spiritual side to her.

Thousands of people in the spiritual path yearns to have the experince which occurred to her and to get that clarity of pure consciousness! And the simple courage to share that among the common masses itself shows that she has touched that which IS !! 😇💐

I am a trainee monk, and I can relate to what she's talking about. Any monk would gladly agree with her. It's very challenging to open up and be public about these experiences, as people may not always accept it. Wow! (ദൈവമേ, ഇവിടെ ആശ്രമത്തിൽ ചുറ്റും ഉള്ളവര് മരിച്ചു സാധന ചെയ്തിട്ട് കിട്ടാത്തതാണ് ഇവർ experience ചെയ്യുന്നത്.) Appreciate her conviction - I dont have this level of confidence to go public about my experiences. This is not easy. അത്രയേറെ ഉള്ളിൽ ഉറപ്പ് ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ടും ശെരിക്കും അനുഭവത്തിൽ വന്നതും കൊണ്ടും വളരെ ഏറെ good karma ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ടും മാത്രം അയിരിക്കണം. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എല്ലാം വെറുതെ അവരുടെ മനസ്സിൻ്റെ തോന്നൽ മാത്രം ആണ്. അവരുടെ തോന്നൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ പോലും അവരുടെ physical proximityയില് പോയി കുറച്ചു time spent ചെയ്താൽ അവരുടെ മുന്നിൽ കുനിയാം എന്നല്ലാതെ അവരെ challenge ചെയ്യാൻ പാടാണ് especially with this level of self conviction.

Many of her childhood experiences are similar to mine as well..alonliness and thinking about God etc..so relatable

Lena, I am really shocked to watch your beautiful video as its happening to me for the last few years. In a way I found myself separate separate /divided, I am fortunately destined to watch your video with my eyes watering

Technically with the logic she said, like if everything is destiny , then a man committing a murder , if he has the same idea about life he can blame his act on destiny and Lena and people like her will says oh! this is destiny this murder was bound to happen, because her belief supports that. But on the other hand if we have beliefs based on morals and values we would say yes he was WRONG in committing the crime and he deserves punishment. (Or even better , this belief would have made the man to not commit the crime in the first place) Loopholes are large in what she is saying, but again her wish her life , but honesty I completely disagree with her views.

I'm curious to hear from Lena or others who have had these profound experiences: How are you able to assert with certainty that these sensations are indeed memories of a past life rather than delightful thoughts? To me, it appears there may be a sense of 'Spiritual Ego' involved, which seems contrary to the actual goals of such spiritual exploration.

How sweet of you, telling this Lena. I was also thinking the same as you since I remember. I always felt all other life beings are in a higher state of meditational understanding and realisation than us, we humans. That’s why we are going after more and more achievements and dreams and materialistic accomplishments! But other life being just come with nothing and go with nothing in pure bliss and they may might be achieving their purpose of birth also, which would be really hard for a human brain to comprehend! Very rare humans like her or many others like Khalil Jib-ran understand this simple thing and can speak simple words that would make us think volumes since centuries. What she told is absolutely right. What we call Life is God! Not just human life, every single and the basic life forms are also Godly. Even the things or phenomenons are also God. It’s not any “God” told in any books of so called religions. It’s beyond that. When I speak this kind of things, most people tells I am speaking non sensical. But it’s okay, May be they are in a higher understanding of something. I respect that also. Greatest understanding and wisdom is respecting everyone and letting them be what they are!

I personally has walked my way from theist -> aethist -> agnostic -> sprituality -> aethist -> agnostic back :) . I really understand what she is speaking about, but I can clearly see lot of logical issues in her statements. which still takes me nearer to the agnostic band of the whole spectrum :) like the destiny example , didn't make sense at all.
