I thought it was pretty creative how they used the old Gung-Ho / Bazooka legs and made boots with a molded seal gasket that matched up with the legs to complete the hazmat suit look. And I had no idea that he had glowy bits; a nice surprise.
I got my 2 Mole Rats yesterday with Shooter. I’m like you, I’m all for zombie GI Joe characters, and I like how they are tying together GI Joe and Transformers.
Your energy is always appreciated, Kyle. Git my Mole Rats yesterday. As an OG 13 collector, I always lean toward the military side of G.I. Joe, but we all know that Cobra will stop at nothing to achieve world domination!!! We have to be open to the maniacal whims of CoCo, including the extreme science experimentation! Great figure and a nice expansion for the Joeverse.
I like he came with two heads and you can tone down the science fiction stuff if you want you and make him basically the cobra counterpart to tunnel rat
Mole Rat is a no-go for me. I don't mind them bringing him out, though, because it will give me time to purchase some of the older Joe's that I haven't found yet.
@@KylePeterson1980 I haven't seen the movie in years. However duke was able to pull strings to get a relative in the front door. If memory serves it was his cousin. Don't quote me on that. Like I said haven't seen it in years.
Wow, talk about obscure, even looking him up, information is limited, so this must be a new character?? I think this will be a pass for me, just like the Helix and Vypra. If by some miracle, this hits my Walmart and shelf warms, MAYBE I would bite on clearance. This does make a great exclusive though, as he isn't a core character.
From what I have seen in my 40+ years of life is every new GI Joe wave they add in a brand new character. "Mole Rat" is one of the brand new Characters brought into the GI Joe universe by this Classified Series similar to "Shooter" who did not exist 10 years ago. It grows the story of GI Joe without destroying the old.
