Delta (o) is defined as the d-d transition between a triply degenerate centrosymmetric orbital to a doubly degenerate one, it does not matter if it is bonding or antibonding just that the symmetry is correct.

T2g antibonding why not you put it in the above (16:53) diagram

T2g orbital is not MO but AO as it has no ligand symmetry to bond with. Therefore it is a non-bonding Atomic Orbital and not a Molecular Orbital.
