I use 01 for the woodier fresher scents and 02 for the sweeter scents. My barber (a woman) has raving compliment for me everytime I wear 01. Silence on 02. My mother likes smelling all my colognes on me, she can’t smell 01 nor 02 on me….but my Dad says I smell like a “perfume factory” with either. My gf likes 01 but goes NUTS over 02. They are both definitely “IYKYK” scents and I love overspraying them both. 7-9 sprays mostly on skin
What a great, clear & precise video. I'm here to be sold on Molecule 01, following my utter heartbreak over Thierry Mugler's Angel, having changed formula. It has been my signature scent for 25 years, but now it has no lasting power whatsoever! I hear they took out the chocolate basenote and replaced it with some cheap Amber (?). There was nothing in the world as unique as Angel, and I literally turned heads when wearing it - constantly. I became aware things had changed when I stopped receiving compliments. I asked friends if they could smell it (just after I'd sprayed it), and I was told, "Not really, it's very weak". 😮 Devasting. After 30 minutes, absolutely no scent at all. At £100 a bottle I'm now done! 😢 RIP Angel. Thierry Mugler will be turning in his grave! However, I've recently been introduced to Molecule 01 and have been given a bottle with the last little amount of sprays in (about 20 or so) from one of my wonderful customers, to test out. She is an older lady, about 75, and smells incredible every time she comes in my shop. On her, Molecule 01 smells slightly musky, with sweetness and very woody yet also cindery. I sprayed it on tonight after a shower, and my husband loves it. I can not smell it, only in the first 5 seconds. But he assured me he smells it and he really likes it on me. So, I'll spray more on tomorrow morning and see how it fares through my working day, and if my husband can still smell it when I get home (6 hours later). I also wonder if this will enhance my Angel, as you say it can 🎉 Not that I should have to spend another £100 to enhance an already £100 bottle of perfume (that should never have been interfered with). I'm so angry about my Ange! All-in-all, my plan is for Molecule 01 to work wonders for me and for it to be my new scent. I will consider 02 as I like the idea of mixing both. Yeah....I'll probably get that 02 late spring. Bout to squeeze the trigger next week on that Kajal Lamar. I've been back and forth on the 9ml vs full bottle. Looking like it's gonna be a full bottle🙂
Which do you put on first when you layer 01&02? I have both and I’m not sure which I want to put on first if I layer them. Btw, I think Pacific Rock Moss was the G&B you were trying to think of!
Wearing M02 today, been wearing M01 yesterday (gotten two compliments to my surprise). Cool video and descriptions, a side note, these are non allergens so people can safely spray either on skin.
I just ordered Molecule '1-5' 3ml decants, and am so excited to experience these! I didn't realize there was a difference between Escentric and Molecule. It's a bit confusing! I would love to hear your reviews on both of the lines honestly though! Also, ordered decants of Elysium and LV Afternoon Swim and OMG AS is soo SEXY and even better than Creed Millesme Imperial 😊
Hey Melissa your review is dead-on for Molecule 01 ... I'm sporting a version ISO-E-SUPER during the spring and summer and it's a minimalist clean scent in the office or casual day. But its' crazy after a workout when ya clean up. The body heat, oils, and ISO-E-SUPER is sooooo different. I had some mates in the gym try it, like 50 shades of gray - very unique scent for each person from fruit loops, oatmeal, dirt, woody, musky water, damp towels, clean white shirt, etc... YMMV ...
I wore M01 today to my job. I work with individuals with disabilities. I have one individual who NEVER speaks. He’s barely said 2 words to me since i started working there. WELL, today when I wore this he not only sat next to me he SPOKE to me! In fact i couldn’t get him to stop talking. Then this guy that comes into my job i think he’s really good looking, he’s never spoke to me until today!!! I’m telling you I didn’t believe pheromone perfumes were real until today!!! I’m sold and I’m buying the large M01 bottle. I want the E02 & E04 as well.

Does Molecule 01 have a kind of sharp sweetness to it? I tried Escentric 01 and it had that strange note that was reminding me of something in Versace Man eau fraiche..I wasn’t too crazy about it.
Yes 100%… I wear it after hearing about it from Kevin Samuel as well. I’ve bought five bottles since learning of it two years ago (2 gifts, three bottles for myself. It’s the first cologne I’ve ever used up the entire bottle (in less than six months)! And mixing 01 and 02 as a “notice me scent” is beast mode compared to each on their own. Still “office/professionally acceptable” but trust me everyone one wants to know whose wearing that scent.
