I have a lot on my body should I remove them all? Is enough to remove them or I have to remove the skin around them??

There is no way a dysplastic nevus turns into a melanoma by a rate of 16%. The general opinion is that one out uf 350-500 dysplastic nevus turn into melanomas.

You can also cure diseases with bloodsucking leeches though I don’t recommend it.
