@@wayne-x2k I agree!!!!! Without Danny, Duane, Banner and Bruce I wont listen! Miss my boys! And Danny's shirt (Copy?) hanging off the keyboards he is definitely rolling in his grave!
I met Dave Hlubeck, my band backed him up for a gig at mcguffeys house of draft in dayton ohio this was like 1997 I think. Anyways, we rehearsed the set before he came to town and then we did a rehearsal with him the night before the gig... we start playing flirtin with disaster and when it came time for the solo... he forgot how it went lol. We died laughing, told him dude you wrote the damn thing lol. Anyways, we jammed and afterwards he told us the story of the band, and how it went to shit etc. The dude was a real rock n roll tragedy in the flesh. Pretty much broke, playing club gigs with southern rock all stars. Had a great time with a legend RIP Dave Hlubeck
Yeah I've only ever walked out of one concert in my life and it was this version of Molly Hatchet, and it was because of the vocalist. I legit couldn't take it lol.
In case anyone wondering who the guy in baseball cap is, his name's Jimmy Palumbo. He's an actor. He played Johnny in the cult comedy Beer League. In that movie Artie's favorite band ever is Molly Hatchet.
No,We’re good,We have consensus Molly Hatchett has become everything the original members hated. Posers and pretenders. Sorry it’s a great video it’s just your subject matter. It doesn’t bother you. A band known for 3 guitar attack and no keyboards has become this?? They are stealing something that’s not theirs. Bobby may own the name but the family members of originals paid the price.
All these Molly Hatchet haters. The guys are great at carrying on the legacy. The kid is fucking awesome. I talked to him after the show. I think he was sick. Haters are going to hate.
Unless my eyes are betraying me, Molly Hatchet now has a second guitar picker! It’s about time! Aw, shit, better take that back. The second guitarist was on stage just this one time. Molly Hatchet still has only Bobby Ingram playing guitar all by himself.
@@ingosteffen6610 Elkins was great. He fit in perfectly. He didn't last very long in the band. I thought he was really good the one time I saw them with Jimmy Elkins on vocals.
when you say "they" were good, you mean this tribute band right? cause this isn't molley hatchet, its some guys playing molley hatchet tunes, the guitar player was a replacment years ago but he's far from original so its nice they're honoring the great molley hatchet but they're not molley hatchet.
