"The Little Hours'' is wonderful. It's a subtle, raunchy, piece of medieval cinema you will love. John C Reilly, Molly Shannon, Aubrey Plaza are in it and they all do well, Dave Franco shows up and does a decent job.
I'm a therapist. This is a great technique, but I think it would feel weird to me to say that. I usually say well unfortunately we're out of time. But for this week I'd like you to...(Some kind of therapeutic homework). 😊
I'm also a therapist and ending timely is often challenging. I like to say, "we have about five more minutes before we need to end...is there anything else you'd like to add for today or put on our agenda for next time?". It's wordy, but works well and gives some security that there is going to be a next time.
I'm also a therapist and when the allotted time has come to an end and they want to start a new topic I usually just throw my hands up and say "I really can't with you right now" and tell them to get the f*ck out. 😊
I was at Turtle Bay a couple years ago and this lady was trying to swim laps but as soon as she would start one she would get an alert on her Apple Watch and then go back to her phone, type something, then get back in the pool for a few seconds, get another alert, get out, type something, on and on for an hour. I texted my friends about this lady with no boundaries and snuck a photo to show them. Had no clue who it was until I checked out and learned that it was Molly Shannon! After that I assumed she was getting messages about lining up so many of her fantastic roles that she has done since then. But lady, take some time for yourself to do your laps! Or just sit in a chair like me and enjoy the view!
Right? When I heard the name I was like "oh god, it's the chick from the movie I got teased so much for" and when I saw her, I was like "omg, she's one of my favorite actresses now". 😂 i never connected the two.
A brilliant therapist, who I know personally, DOES NOT set time limits. She (of course it’s a woman), keeps a mindful protocol of having the CLIENT determine when to end the session. She NEVER would be so rude or so bold or so money oriented to interrupt the intuitive and natural flow of healing. I can only suggest Molly seek a new therapist…. Just my humble opinion…..💕
I get anxious when former cast members are on because of how many have had drug problems, and I can’t tell the difference between being super high and the kind of everyday weird a comedian can be. Someone reassure me Molly is fine, please.
