Moloka'i Pali Trail Emergency Repair 

James Kwong talks about the Emergency Repairs to the Pali Trail on Moloka'i, Hawaii which remains as the single land connection to the former Leprosy colony at Kalaupapa. Kalaupapa is now a National Historic Park, but is restricted to residents and visitors with approved permits from Hawaii State Department of Health. The peninsula was specifically chosen because of its natural isolation for people with Leprosy, which was at that time, an incurable illness. Pali means cliff in the Hawaiian language.
