same situation here. first league started like 2 weeks ago and with everything that connor has put out ive crushed passed 1k depth and have had relative ease doing anything i want to in the game
Made this build with some slight modifications and been having the most fun I've had in 10,000 hours of POE. I'm lvl 98 with 69% right now and still deathless. Been facetanking everything I encounter in maps. It's insane. I have instant leech but also cheated to get life gain on hit with a lvl 1 vitality mixed with watcher's eye LGoH buff allowing me to run no leech maps.
I've been waiting for this video. I've been building the World Eater pob and combining it with another pob from someone doing similar to you. I normally play Toxic Rain/Scourge Arrow and when you posted that first video, I knew what I wanted to do. So I've been seeing it through as much as possible I'm about 9 mirrors deep and im kinda just done. I am just going to grind out delve now, I'm somewhere between 1.3 - 3.2b dps and if i wasnt bad at pob I'd be able to accurately give numbers. If enough people want I can try to pob. I got really lucky early on with hom gamba and I turned that into mirror price farming a week or two ago now when it was super volatile. Was making 70d/hr off that. Then I went into uber eater farming and was printing nimis rings. Now I'm just straight broke and done with currency grind.
I am having a blast playing this build and enjoy hearing the insights from you even more. Keep it up, bro! As the dad of a new baby and full-time worker, I know I will never reach these heights, but it’s great to see how far the build can really go
I grinded my ass off for mageblood until i got it week 2, was waiting for you to swap to it at some point but never did. My only criticism with following this build is that the gear swapped so many times compared to the PoBs at league launch. Now that everything is "figured out", would love some more concrete gearing setups or upgrade priority lists next league if it doesnt get giga nerfed. Either way, made it to alberons and chaos sword before i burned out. Thanks for the build!
Some of the pre league PoBs shifted for 2 reasons 1. For end game stuff new mods like the watchers eye mod making sublime the end game instead of valako 2. The big one for most things, price changes due to higher popularity than I'm used to. Alot shifted around just due to the "planned items" becoming expensive before I reached then and then the alternative path became cheaper and therefore better on a cost to cost basis
Isnt it better to get mageblood especially because you have sublime vision? Since a ruby flask and purity will solve all ur res/max res problems which frees up more suffixes for like str (on jewels). Otherwise like u said, this build is very flexible in the sense u can move things around. I followed ur build from when u did the chaos swap and have been enjoying so much. Just got the mirror sword too ggs mate
I decided to give Zenith a go this league and am loving it. Probably 4-5 mirrors in so far and its a beast of a build, so thank you for the vids! One question though, what tradeoffs are there between your simplex and the %str, %attr, dmg per str simplex?
This one gives about the same dmg and strength but fulfills the dex/int requirements easier. Makes %str higher priority by far than flat strength elsewhere
This build is definitely the build of the league (and probably one among the top of the chopping block LOL). It seems to run almost any kind of map mods except for no regen and that reduced life regen (I accidentally click the altar too!). I also feel like, to be able to equip a MB and let go of the strength belt, I need to have the mirror sword + original sin setup to compensate for the lost strength.
I Hope They don’t Nerv the skill . If anything Then Strenght and Int and mana Stacking Are just to Strong in comparison to Charge , Accuracy, dex , life , ward and what ever Else you can Stack because they scale Defense and offence and can be scaled much futher while also giving more damage. They should give Less damage Like for example life Stacking because they defence aswell while power Charge Stacking and accuray should give way more damage at least.

Rare belt gives you more str, yes, but just feels way worse. Mageblood is just huge QoL and at absolute high end investment the dmg difference is useless anyway. Shitstainsteve is also using a mageblood. Pretty much everyone is using one, except conner. Everyone has their own preference, but mageblood is just superior imo
After spending a week by myself during Necropolis league (1st time I played) in what I've denominate as "Path of Browser", just to barely understand the game and seeing how deep the rabbit hole goes, I just can't stop and now with exp and knowledge I have to ask ZenWallace; what's the difference in wall of muscle small cluster with Steve's 35% increase effect ones? Should I prio getting muscle or the 35%? Throwing all my lifeforce today
had an idea for a manastacker setup no one on poe ninja seems to have tried. you use one of the 100% reduced soul gain prevention daggers plus vaal clarity to be able to use indigon + archmage. kinda like the quiver spark build from last league but no downtime on vaal clarity (especially with a soul ripper). i managed to pob a version using ice nova of frostbolts to like 500mil dps. it could probably could be improved though. didnt realize till earlier today that the vaal skill dagger enchant also works on the vaal auras
its just inferior to lavianga's spirit in every way if you just use the dagger enchant for vaal clarity, there are many people playing indigon with lavianga's spirit.
Something I would argue for Mageblood usage are: 1. Gold Flask with extra effect is very good, I pair it with Rarity Support on 6 link because I have too much damage anyway. 2. I went with 100% suppress route so the Quartz Flask covers the last 19% suppress I need. 3. You don't have Onslaught anywhere so Silver Flask is very strong DPS/Speed boost. 4. Granite Flask with % Armour and increased effect to give you enough armour to use Molten Shell effectively instead of using Immortal Call (IC will eat all your Endurance Charges and make you squishy for some seconds when you don't have Endu Charges stacked back up)
This guy is right there is a lot of benefits to mage blood but bro how did you get 100% suppression when all the nodes are on the other side of the tree? Can you share your PoB? I thinking about doing the same thing because suppression is OP but I don't see how you can do it without sacrificing a lot...

Hi, thx for the build, currently having a lot of fun. I have a question tho, actually preparing for the chaos switch I'm wondering when do you switch ascendancy ? (from unbreakable to unrelenting) like is there any requirement needed or else ?
unrelenting is better if you have Enough Armor that you are easily capping your physical mitigation without the doubled body armor bonus and you don't specifically need the chaos mitigation for some really specific reason (there isn't *that* much chaos hit damage in the game). when you have that many endurance charges the extra ele mitigation is a big deal. the fact that unrelenting gives you a little extra flat phys reduction from the charges is nice and can help you get there too.
For the chest craft, i think it's better to use exlat orb until you fill the prefixes then eldritch chaos orb because chaos orb work as an annul and an exalt at the same time. You should only use annul if you hit one of the 2 mods you'r looking for.
I tried the build with chaos variant and I struggle hard to survive in t17 maps, have ~7khp, but feel like a wet paper bag and ~2k strength. Ress capped (85,80,80 without flasks) except chaos. Invested around 50 divs. Probably expected.
i played this build with 2.4 ish mirrors invested and it was still getting shit on in t17 so i swapped to trickster spark. much much better build. with zenith half the altars you can't even take or your build is bricked xDDD
mageblood is nearly required for t17 imo, other thing you can do it get an eyes of the greatwolf with % inc attr and cold damage taken as fire, that helped a lot, i am now able to take every altar mod except for endurance charge less recovery
@@underheavenunderheaven8446 mine is way higher at this point but with 50d you can get alberons, a decent alberon sword with woe essences, buy a decent amethyst ring and a kalandras touch, split personalities are also really cheap, you can craft jewels yourself by buying crimson jewels with fractured all res and reforging life. I don’t use original sin, ele sword and a sublime vision and find myself getting chipped to death by many small hits even in T16s. I have 90/90/90 res and about 86% phys reduction. I use lvl 20 vit and a watchers eye with hp on hit, I’ve got 70% reduced effect of curses. 8k hp with 10% instant leech. Running the jugg version with all of the defensive ascendancy nodes. I don’t think I’ll be going for sublime vision at this point. Are my only options for more tankiness the rare body armour and spell suppress? I feel like I’m missing something.
Lower the vitality level and add stone stance flesh and stone for some tankiness Insta leech should make you prettymuch infinite recovery so small hits can't kill you. You can ditch the watchers eye mod if you're running insta leech
I actually really like a Jade flask with Mageblood setups on this build. You get 58% evasion and it feels good. The Replica Rumi's tech is pretty sweet as well. The main reason I like MB is the "players gain 93% less flask charges mod" that shows up in t17s. When doing risk scarab stuff, that mod is just too brutal without MB.
@@88pe If you evade hits, you don't need to proc divine shield as often because you take less damage. Play a t17 map with 300% phys as extra and porcupines, the evasion is really noticeable. The suggestion I'm making comes from practical experience of playing the build in 11 mod t17s, you die less often.
@@Sidnv I mean... You are either wrong or talking about a different build... First of all, titanic and 5risks T17 have been my main source of income since week 1, my char is worth around 5 mirrors by now and i'm at 2k delve going deeper. I'm saying this just so you know that i kinda understand how this build works. Evasion is bad on a divine shield jugg cause you want to get hit to proc the broken ES regen and to keep on generating as many charges as possible to burn them with ICall. All that this build should fear is big crits then you have no charges, because you either get 1shotted or you don't die at all. The damage that 300% phys as extra porcupines in T17s deal to this build is so low it shouldn't even be seeable on the hp bar. If you feel like you need evasion it means that your build has something wrong. This build tanks everything and WANTS to get hit to tank even more when divine shield "gifts" 2k ES to the character. Evasion is not only worthless, it is actually counterproductive.
@@88pe If you have -max res and phys as extra, it will hurt. I've been doing titanic exiles in t17s, you definitely see it. This build has no avoidance, and you definitely get chunked. You don't get divine shield procs when the main source of incoming damage is elemental. Maybe try the evasion before you dismiss it out of hand, it's very noticeable how much it improves the build. You never mitigate more damage here by getting hit than by evading a hit entirely, unless the hit is pure phys, and phys damage is not the scary aspect of t17s.
Followed your guides, its the most tanky and highest dps ive ever been on POE. might have actually ruined the game for me, ill never be so strong again. Thanks for a good league!
If you fracture a tier 1 attribute hit then have wall of muscle and % effect then corrupt it you can divine teardrop to raise the other attribute mod to tier 1 hopefully while the other mods can't really move
I'm about 400div into the chaos variant and i've gotten to the point where i can knowably farm magebood money, but i still cant understand how y'all farm mirror money with these same setups lol
Streamers and no-lifers can employ the same strats you use over longer period of times, while me and you are working our daily jobs they're farming, and while we're farming they're also farming. Couple that with tier-17's making from 30-50 divs an hour quite easily and you have your answer.

I farmed forever to try to get a Simplex but never came across one so i copied what other people are doing without one. I think I'll try to convert to this tankyiness.
So for pure power level, the build of the league is either int stacking trickster or this build? Molten Strike Jugg do much better damage and trickster has stupid defence
Hi, thank you for the update. How do I fit in a mageblood into this build? Seems like no one is using mageblood for this build but I kinda wanted to try it.
Or alternatively if you have the currency you can go for only fire flask and use Valako to get max res, don't even need to swap some aura to Purity of Fire since you can just get +2 max fire res on the jewels now.
I'm just not quite there yet. Killed one Uber so far.....Sirus and Exarch are basically impossible for me. Got Uber Shaper done however. Original Sin won't be happening though haha.
Based on how expensive the simplex amulet is now, especially if you are trying to get the 2 positive 1 negative mod, should I go for original sin before it?
I think osin is a lot more dps first when paired with the dmg per str sword upgrade. Conner said as much in the video that it was 90% more dps for those two. Getting simplex now is better if you detest your intelligence issues intensely
I don't take lightnjng damage ever. 100% conversion to fire. It has to be a very rare mod that allows fire damage to shock and that doesn't exist in delve, valdos, or ubers. Only a real specific t17/eldritch combo
Can anyone explain why not use the Balance of Terror jewel for wither on hit? If you get the double despair mod, you also get curse immunity For only like 70 div! Seems like a no brainer to me and I have been using it on my "budget" version. Conner not using it seems strange.

A lot of people watching this video and doing this build are people who can farm a mirror in 2 days. Some aren't that and are dreamers trying to put this together with a small budget. On top of that, changing the perspective of what's expensive means doing research above all. People that don't believe 20+ divines an hour or more are people that haven't done enough research or trial an error with the money making systems in the game.
I was able to farm the mirror gear, just had to wait until my flipper buddy got bored and gave me his gear :P Crazy build just can't die unless I take the wrong altar mods.

@jordywillaert-rt9qt I feel like 20div an hour is exaggerated. But I've taken breaks here and there and never was a super pro player. I can easily do the noob bosses and t16 maps, never got to ubers but want to. Switched to viper strike of mamba, seems easier to manage on 20 divs.
@@dorfinhorg9458 I think what he's asking is if the original sin's "Nearby Enemies' Chaos Resistance IS 0" is overwriting the chaos pen mod on the sword. And in this case, I personally think there's no conflict between the two mods: original sin is setting the nearby enemy's chaos res to 0, and the chaos pen on sword is penetrate on top of that 0% chaos res. So in combination, it basically sets nearby enemy's chaos res to some the negative value of the chaos pen mod on the sword.
@@dorfinhorg9458 If that's what happens, then the wording of the mod shouldn't be "penetrate chaos resistance", but "reduce chaos resistance". It's miss leading. How can chaos resistance be penetrated if it's non-existent, it can't. More so, the game has "reduce resistance" like exposure which makes the "penetration" mod even more confusion and miss leading.
It's not misleading at all. You can pen res no matter what the res is. If the enemy has 75 res, and you pen 15%, the enemy receives damage as if it had 50 res. Same with original sin, it sets enemy res to 0, but you can still penetrate that res to make the enemy take damage as if they had lower res. What you cannot do with original sin is actually lower their res such as exposure or curses, since the ring sets their res to 0.
Quit like 2 weeks ago... Knew I should have played this. But not playing for 2.5 years had me SKETCH on coming back to push a mirrors-level build. But I guess a "mirror" 11L VLS Warden setup was a good finish to the league for me. Ran out of progress so stopped playing. Outside of Nemis... But MEH.
