@@reha1066 because some people (not saying he is) feel so much pressure from police/authority presence, that they just confess even though they're innocent... Or, they may be guilty, but their role in whichever charges was less than what the police and prosecutors portray..(police have been known to lie on affidavits). so with legal council present, they do their best for their clients best interests and don't let their words get twisted.

This is a long video, so I will watch more later. Just hard to comprehend the brutality, and the kid is so young. This isn't an ordinary crime, there is a major mental issue. Not a regular mental issue, it is an evil mental issue.

You're with your son in a police interrogation room while he's being accused of murdering an old lady - there is NOTHING important enough on that phone to stop paying attention. I'm a mother and I totally understand supporting and standing up for your kids. I've forgiven my own kiddo more times than I probably should have, but even I would draw the line at murder.
