I don't understand this place sometimes. Here we have a great content creator for this platform who gets me coming back here to binge watch some reactions and she promotes the movies giving me a desire to go and watch them with my friends. And what happens? video taken down. Smh re-watched and re-liked 👍
The John Wick house is out there on Long Island in a very exclusive town called Mill Neck.. (At the end of Horseshoe road right by the water..) --- The runway where he practices driving is at Republic Airport, Farmingdale, NY.. -- The place where Ms. Perkins gets hers is the Bethesda Fountain in Central Park...
Keanu Reeves may be the quintessential "dangerous man" in real life. He has very high level skills in the martial arts and his fire-arms coach has rated him one of the finest when it comes to firearms skills. Most of the stunts in this film he performed himself, except for one or two which were deemed too dangerous for him to even attempt. Yet in daily life he is - according to everyone who described him - one of the gentlest, kindest human beings you'll ever going to meet. They say "it is better to be a warrior in the garden than a gardener in a war" ..... he is definitely a warrior in the garden.
One of my favorite "you do NOT know who you just F'ed with" movies! You start getting a clue with Viggo's call to the car-guy... "Oh....". But, the scene where Viggo has John tied the chair, and John's response to "It's just a *** car, it's just a *** dog"... That's when you get REAL sense of exactly what kind of person John was before he met his wife and settled down - and put away "Baba Yaga". He was one SCARY dude...
A few notes, Marcus was John's mentor in the assassin field so they were very close. The dog pound was where he was at the end and he chose a dog that was scheduled to be put sown, you get a glimpse of it on the paperwork before he opens the cage. The final scene where he was walking away with the dog is the exact same location where his wife died.
I’ve watched this movie several times and watched several reactions. I never heard anyone else catch the daisies on the coffee mug, bracelet, and letter. I never noticed it, but that isn’t a surprise.😁 I remember seeing flowers on the bracelet and I knew the dogs name, but it didn’t click. That’s cool. Thanks. Keep up the good work.😁👍🏼
I know what you do as a mom. I am a husband to a mother of 3 and she has almost no time to herself. Thank you for sharing your free time with us, you have earned a new subscriber.
Bahahah "I hope he buckled up the beagle". I have seen a number of John Wick reaction videos, and many people worry about Daisy being in the car as he's speeding around the lot. I'd like to think John thought of the puppy's comfort and maybe left her at home, but I'll admit I'm dog-naive and don't really know what's practical.
Keanu heavily trained on a tactical range prepping for this movie. There is a video of one session on RU-vid. The main pistols that John used cost around $7,000 each.
Two things: At the Red Circle, John had fought though a LOT of henchmen before that final fight where he was cut and thrown over the railing. And Two, the gigantic plot hole: Instead of the Red Circle, why did Viggo not put his son in the Continental, where he'd be basically untouchable.
I always assumed the continental is for someone on the job currently. Like, Viggo could have his membership revoked if he just tried to hide his son there... again just a theory. Or he knew John would wait for him to leave. Losef clearly didn't feel threatened at first and I believe John would have the patience to out-wait him. With the better strategy is to put Losef somewhere he'd want to be (partying) so he won't act up again and set a trap for John
Viggo wanted his hit team to kill John. Doing that at the Continental would have meant breaking the rules...something even Vigo was not immune from punishment for.
I thought the dog was in the car too during the driving scene, but then I realized even if he wasn't rage driving, Daisy would be sticking her head out the window the whole time having the time of her life.
I think you would enjoy "A Walk in the Clouds." Give it a try. When soldier Paul Sutton (Keanu Reeves) is on his way home after World War II, to his young wife whom he married before going off to fight he realizes that he barely knows her. He soon meets Victoria Aragon (Aitana Sánchez-Gijón). Circumstances force Paul to pose as Victoria's new husband for her close-knit family, a situation that brings tension and unexpected results.
I’ve been in several Russian bars/clubs with pools- they were almost definitely organized crime affiliated 😂 A one story fall will just wind you if you’re weight is distributed right. If you take it flat on your feet, but do it lock your knees you’ll probably get a bad sprain if your bones aren’t trash. I fell three stories and only messed up my knee and my wrist.
The Producer was one of the stunt of Keanu Reeves in Matrix and he put some actors from the Matrix's franchise (He played also a small character in Matrix 4). Like the Doctor who fixed JW was in Matrix 2 like the guy who fight JW at 17:20, he was a Agent 2.0 in Matrix 2. You gonna see more actors in different movie like The Raid 1 & 2.
Loved your reaction! The police officer walking away was smart. Even if he wanted to arrest him, what is a street cop going to do that a whole squad of special forces couldn't? Lol.
As to the remaining films, each one is better than the previous. We get #4 next month (March 23'd I believe) 5 is in the works may get it next year. Loved your reaction to this. Oh, and the "kill count!" LOL You ain't seen nothing yet!! As we say here in Texas; Y'all be safe.
If you like this kind of action, Justice Action, watch NOBODY. Same writer as JOHN WICK, but the hero is "everyman". Very relatable, and the film is full of humor. It might be called a Justice Action comedy.
Actually, in Russian culture a swimming place with that much alcohol intake going on is quite common. When someone says he "going to banya" everybody sorta knows what is going on. Much of backroom politics happens in the baby a in Moscow, after all.
I will use the time this re-upload runs through for an unusual question: MOM! I never attended as many premieres as I have with yours, because most of the time american youtube premieres totally run against my schedule (of being awake). So participating in the live chat is something new to me. I notice that when I watch a premiere and write a lot in the live chat, that I won't comment on the video again, because it feels like I have nothing to add anymore and it feels weird to see my name everywhere around your video. That seems super counterproductive for the long term health of the video. After thinking about it and the fact that I struggle to come up with a short and nice comment that doesn't seem overly attached: what do you think about doing a little call to action at the end of the videos? Like asking a questions for the audience during the outro that they basically can't answer anymore during live chat, trick them into writing a comment! Ha!=D Stuff like "what was you favorite scene/part" "which Keanu movie do you like the most?" "Do you prefere to kill your enemies before breakfirst or at noon??" I do understand that I basically wrote my own instructions to come up with an idea for a comment for the next videos now, but maybe my Gedankensalat(*) offered any ideas to you, too!=D (*Gedankensalat directly translated means "Thought Salad" and discribes an unorderly chaos of thoughts in the bowl of ones head)
Thanks for your comment! First off, don't worry about how much you comment, I always enjoy reading your comments, and appreciate all the support. Thanks for helping make the community a fun place! I like the idea of a CTA question. I'll try to remember to do that next time. (Well, not next time; I already watched the next one, coming soon.) I like "Gedankensalat" a lot more than "Brain dump", which sounds like the American equivalent.
Can you please do a reaction to Francis Ford Coppola amazing movie, Apocalypse Now. This is a Vietnam war movie but a very different kind of War movie and has a great cast. Please do the extended version. This is a must-see movie
That one is on my list. I get a lot of recommendations for films I've already seen, but I've not seen Apocalypse Now. Looking forward to getting to that one, it's up there. 😊
@Movies With Mom I think you will be absolutely blown away by this movies. Martin Sheehan, Marlon Brando, Robert Duvall, Harrison Ford in his first cameo and many others
When the kids go to sleep, I get to watch my movies. But I often fall asleep before it's over, even if I am enjoying it. That's what happens when I relax!
