I can't believe the show is over! As a recovering alcoholic, this show helped keep me laughing during covid & helped me get back to my meetings years ago.
With the curtain having dropped on Mom, I would like to offer a hearty round of applause for Matt Jones, Sadie Calvano, Blake Rosenthal, French Stewart, Nate Corddry, Spencer Daniels, Reggie de Leon, Sara Rue, Amy Hill, Kevin Pollak, Charlie Robinson, Octavia Spencer, Don McManus, Missi Pyle, Mary Pat Gleason, Leonard Roberts, Yvette Nicole Brown, Emily Osment, David Krumholtz, Rainn Wilson and Will Sasso who's contributions to the success of this great show should not be forgotten or go unrecognized. (My apologies for any ommissions). For Gus, the cats and all the great guest stars over the years. For Jaime Pressly, Beth Hall, William Fichtner and Kristen Johnston all terrific actors who delighted us with their portrayals of characters who will remain etched in our memories. And finally and especially for the heart and soul of Mom, Allison Janney, Anna Faris and Mimi Kennedy who's performances have cemented this show's legacy in American television history. Thanks for all the laughs, (occasional) tears and everything in between! You will be sorely missed.
Maybe I'm telling my age but I remember him as Josh from the soap opera As the World Turns, also Grace Under Fire. Glad to see he had later success. Yes he is cute as hell haha
I luv 💗 William. First saw him on prison brk. He was grt! He's so much a part of this show. They were the perfect pair😊 and gus. Wat a sweet 🐕 ill miss all of u so much. The show should nt have ended. This was a stupid decision!
I can’t believe they are cutting off the show. This show is wonderful. At first I thought it won’t be good without Christy, but I was wrong. The show is still moving and interesting. And the final episode is just rushing. I feel like I don’t have a closure for this show.
I loved Anna Faris and all the Mom episodes .....but I don't know if the true factor of them ending the show was because Anna Faris left.... but these woman are just so great together and so funny and so enjoyable with all of them... Adam.. everybody.... I could just watch this show over and over and never get tired of it ....they just clicked so well... they're just so funny and I really have to say I'm very disappointed that the show ended. ... this is truly one of the classics !!.....Mom could have went on a lot longer. It was just a new beginning of different scripts.....Anna Faris was amazing... but the cast is amazing!! the final episode with Mike and Molly's mom and Rose from Two and a Half Men just too too much.... I could just see that going on for a long time... I could see those two on the show as well... they are great!!!!.....😭😊😍
at least everyone of them has a good ending Christy fulfilled her dream. She will become a lawyer. Bonnie has a wonderful marriage, a wonderful relationship with her daughter, a thriving business. and most importantly --a group of friends. I was a alcoholic too. This show gives me the courage to face up to the reality of life to live, Now I couldnt be more happier. "Who else would like to share?" :)
At least everyone has a good ending. I will miss these nice and strong ladies forever! This show tells me no matter good or bad we all accept it, then be silent, continue to life.
I was worried that Chuck Lorre would kill somebody off unexpectedly, like Alvin and Jodi. But giving Adam a health scare was not the kiss of death and Bonnie responded like the true help-mate she has become.
Plus they said they caught it early. So it's a good chance he lived. Or if they ever decide to do a reboot and are unable or unwilling to cast William Fichtner, they can use this to kill off the character.
1:44 I can never understand why people laugh when Bonnie said "till death do us..." and choked. I cry every time when I see this moment maybe because I love my boyfriend so much that I can't imagine the day when death do us part.
I think it is wise that they quit while they were still ahead. They were already bordering on jumping the shark. Sometimes you gotta leave people wanting more. Say good night, Gracie.
So sick of this show on my local CW channel. Been in the same time slot going on 3 years. Just like too many other channels today they get a show and play over and over and over until you hate it!!! 👎🤬📺
