Remember that the 3 starting cards on the Resting Slots, (discard piles), can be placed there in any order. Not necessarily the one printed on the starting tile.

If a bookkeeping tile has 3 cotton, and 3 crates to satisfy, what is the requirements? 3 cotton and 3 of something else or if I have 3 cotton, and 3 crates on my cotton cards does that satisfy it? Jon you rock!

During the last expansion of Mombasa at 1:01:45 would you have been allowed to expand from the isolated building near Cape Town? That could have got the precious final stock increase you ended up short by.

A very nice and informative video. Thanks so much for showing gameplay in such a clear and organised manner. There is one thing I think could have been done better. At times you show cards from the action area in your hands, which could be a little confusing because there is also a set of "hand" cards. This could cause confusion because people watching may not identify the cards as action cards (even if by context it may seem obvious). If you ever do a video like this with a similar scenario you could perhaps show the action cards with the player board and show that they are being turned face down in the same spot in the action area. This is a very small production quality note. Given that it is so specific shows that the quality you have already accomplished is very high. Thank you again.

Hey Jon! Thank you for another amazing video! While you haven't made a review of Mombasa I would like to ask you one question. We all (both parents and kids) love Great Western Trail and we are also thinking to buy either Mombasa or Maracaibo. Which one do you think as the better game and which would you recommend more? Maybe I'm missing something, but how come there isn't an explanation to how the game board should be set up. I'm reading the manual and it isn't as straight forward as one would think.

At 20:25 the player had 2 explore points. But didn't the player put out orange houses for three points? One for the first house and two for the second , since it's crossing two lines? Or am I missing sometihng...?

I feel childish but the explorer cards look like poop. Great game, great playthrough though!
