The second property is great value for money in my opinion. It’s value for money, something we rarely see in Kenya especially with all the small overpriced apartments in Westlands/Kilimani. Quick question though: you mention that the property is in Syokimau then you again say that it’s located in Sabaki, Athi River. So which is which?

Unlike the structurally deficient houses with multiple workmanship errors built all across Nigeria, some of which leads to tens of building collapses with hundreds of deaths yearly, Kenya homes appears more structurally sound, free of at least, visible workmanship errors and looks more beautiful and better.
