@@kenfryer2090 you're leaving out the power differential inherent between a teacher and a student. Yes, there is some power differential between a 15 year old and a 21 year old--but a 21 year old who is not the 15 year old's teacher cannot affect the 15 year old's future (such as college applications, etc) the same way they could if they were also their teacher. The power differential thing is why it is illegal in every state for a 35 year old psychiatrist to proposition their 55 year old patient. It has nothing to do with age and everything to do with the vulnerability and inherent power differential between a medical professional and their patients.
That's not an admission of guilt. What he is saying is he knows her character and even if hypothetically something did happen that girl would not stay quiet about it. Assessing other people's character about hypotheticals is not an admission.

People not understanding these things is why trial by jury leaves me with very little confidence anymore. I worked for a longtime family friend couple right after I finished high school who came to ask my parents if they could hire me, and the husband had always treated me like I was older and I had always enjoyed that. They had told my parents I could live with them since it was a summer holiday town, a couple of communities over, and it was hopping. I moved in and the husband began trying to kiss me at work and to talk about us running away together to Hawaii, and in between asking me if I was dumb. One night he climbed into bed with me in the basement when his young adult daughter was in the next room, and it was the next day that she told me he had climbed into bed and had sex with her when she was thirteen and that was why she had suddenly had a huge weight gain and developed an immune disorder. She ended up in children's hospital for three months. His son never came home any longer and they had always hung out together, fixing vehicles and drinking beer, but his wife wouldn't leave him because a divorce would mean no longer being able to take part in Communion. @@madelynk7423 I remember what a huge turn her life took when she gained so much weight and developed that immune disorder, and I had no idea why at the time. I 100% think he did something inappropriate and should never be around kids again, but him requesting a lawyer is going to make it hard for them to convict. Prolly why they are delaying his trial so much.
I’m a teacher and I think cameras should be in our classrooms. 1) Students would be protected from predators. 2) Teachers would be protected from false accusations. There are reasons teachers, parents, students wouldn’t want cameras but the added protections are worth it.
I loved the idea of this too but the conclusion is parents demanding constant access to the cameras and complaining about any teaching methods they didn’t agree with or teachers reprimanding their wily kids.
@@atreniquedeamus9919 I didn’t think of that but you’re right. Sadly, parents who defend their children no matter how wrong would constantly demand to see footage. It would create nightmare for admin with a parade of parents wanting to critique hours of classroom footage.

Confessing this traumatic moment. In year 3. I was 9! 9 and had a new teacher as my homegroup teacher. It was a man. Im a girl. I was 9 and one of the best students. Sometimes he would make me stay back for extra advanced classes. One day he made me stay back, my friend was waiting for me outside until i was finished with my advanced lessons and he started patting my head making me uncomfortable. Now im a person that doesnt like admiting things in general like pointing something out, telling something to someone, if something bad happened and i witnessed it i cant say anything because i fear ill be the victim of karma in the future. When i got out for recess after my extra lessons my friend asked me if i was okay because i was acting weirdly. I told her i dont like our teacher and that he's creepy. She told the principal about what he did and they gave him a warning to not do it again or he will be fired since he's new. The next year, i made a friend. She was a year younger than me in year 3 (i was in year 4 now) and had the ssme teacher as me. She said her friend was uncomfortable with what he did because he started caressing her neck saying she looks beautiful in a weird way. I told her to tell the principal and she did. The next week he was fired.
I don't see how it's creepy for ANY grown man, I've said those same words to my children, grand children and my nieces and nephews. I completely agree that it's creepy once they get older or if it was a stranger or teacher or boss or coach ect, but the words themselves aren't inherently creepy.
I"m not sure Alison who was drunk driving without kids involved qualifies to be among the "evil teachers" in the video. It's not quite the same as molesting kids. It is very odd that the officer would cuff her and then leave her standing there chatting with friends instead of putting her in the squad car.
alot of people don't think it's evil to drink and drive, but tell that to the families of the victims that lost their lives, and yes that includes young children and babies. so yes it not on the same leve of molester but is evil when it's easy to avoid driving drunk when you can get into a uber

The last two clips are only there to extend the runtime. Hell, they could’ve replaced the last two videos with the two teachers that were drunk at school and it would’ve fit better and make the video a little longer.
I was thinking the same thing! I thought the video had changed. Molester, molester, molester, DUI w/fender bender in a parking garage. What?! I think it was her cute outfit that made them put it in the mix. Ridiculous.

I was on a jury about 6 months ago for a guy charged with ongoing sexual abuse of a 12 year old girl. He got 90 years in the Texas Department of Corrections. During jury selection, I actually thought he was one of the lawyers, until they "pointed him out". I would have never guessed. Crazy!
As he should be sentenced. It's just a damn shame after watching so many of these kinds of vids where a female teacher does the same thing and/or straight up has sex with a kid(s) in the clasdroom but gets maybe only a few handful years then eligible for probation. I've yet to see a female teacher sentenced to more than 10-15 years (even ones in Texas) for such a disgusting crime.
I'm in middle school, currently 13. Last year, when I was in 6th grade, I remember the gym teacher being pretty weird around girls like me during the exercises, and i remember him looking at my friend's backside strangely as she was tying her shoe one day. This year, I leaned that he was TAKING PICTURES OF GIRL'S ASSES, and he was fired. I don't know If I was a victim of this, but it still makes shivers go down my back.
The first interrogation is so good. Do you notice how they corner him blocking the door? The leaning in to him while questioning? Its all psychological and they are good!
I wish I could tell that little girl how VERY PROUD I am of her for telling on that damn fool! I pray she has ALL the support she needs to make it through. I am also proud of the other kids who told the truth! What an amazing bunch!
Kids also lie a lot. Which is possibly the case in the first clip. From what I've gathered there is no camera in the classroom which the detectives facetiously state. There are only cameras in the hall outside of the classroom. I really don't like how DR Insanity is falsely creating his own narrative about this clip. Makes his other videos less credible.

That case is kinda iffy. This video paints it in a different and accusatory manner. Videos like this should hold off on showing cases that haven’t been completely prosecuted yet. Nice Wikipedia research on Allison’s DUI 🙄 Consuming “any amount of alcohol” is not automatically a DUI, as most states have a legal BAC limit ranging from .08-.1 (with a few exceptions). Also why did you put her next to child molesters and call her evil? I found it jarring going from actual monsters to a reckless idiot. I was half expecting the next “evil” teacher to be a bubblegum thief.
dude I scrolled to find a comment like this because I noticed so many mistakes in this video, from poor judgement, editing errors and typos to just straight up misinformation, feels like this guy is slowly turning into a content farm :/
I love seeing different interrogators strategies. You can see how they both slowly press in and close in on the first guy. They got extremely close and closed off his free space and stressed him out. In counter to the very beginning when they gave him a bunch of space and open access to the door, allowing him to feel comfortable and hopefully free ways of speaking. When that wasn’t working they closed in on him till he nearly broke.
That first interrogation was great. I thought they came off a bit standoff-ish at first, was wondering if that'd keep the guy from talking and be a bad thing. But then he had the walkthrough of why the guy know about her sling. Cold as ice and had the guy shook. Was very well played by them definitely.
Its the reid technique. From building rapport, establishing baselines for his movements and speech, assisting in minimizing what he did as accidental hoping he admits to that, to putting him in the corner, and yes, getting in his face...its all in the technique. there are great channels (explore with us) that demonstrate good reid technique, effectiveness etc...you can also see how detectives trained in this mess up.
it's hilarious how many people think the "follow my finger" part of the DUI test is about assessing your ability to follow a finger 😂😂 "I was fucking ON THAT FINGER" too funny
Even today many people are taught that women can't be predators and that the boys "must have loved it " plus the government has yet to change the definition of stuff around it for that exact same reason but its slowly changing to where women can't get away with everything so that's good at least
The first teacher was my 5th grade math and science teacher, he was rude sometimes to the male students but always treated the female ones a little too nice.
@Simpsons01111 I had tons of classes taught by coaches. A teaching certificate is a teaching certificate, doesn't dictate what subject although more advanced math or science might need more training.
It's a shame ... Abusing that relationship. That little girl trusted him and obviously still thinks that he's a great teacher because she doesn't realize how messed up it is what he did to her...
I remember the Mr. Soto case. It was so weird for my brother and I that a school we went to had a pedo for a teacher. Thankfully neither of us had him. It disgusts me that people, especially teachers, could do that to an innocent child. Makes me f*cking sick.
With the Soto case I’m not trying to sound like a guy who supports this sickening stuff it doesn’t make sense to me why there is a camera in the classroom, this is probably because I’m in Canada because in Canada it’s considered illegal due to invasion of privacy because a lot of students (in high school) are aloud on their phones after they’re done work which means the camera could see private information on a student’s phone, but this is most likely different in USA
@Commander11937 In the US, students are (where I'm from) not allowed to use cells during school hours. There are cameras in every hallway, and if a teacher is ever alone with a student for any length of time, we leave the door open. And the only teachers that do one on one with students are learning specialists, and even they typically work with a few at a time.
I have family in education who have had false allegations reported against them. Innocent people don't act like that. They know they have cameras watching, they don't entertain the idea that they engaged in inappropriate behavior because they have proof they didn't. Having one allegation against you alone warrants total investigation, but having several kids come forward across multiple classes, grades, and friend groups is a major tell that something definitely is going on.
I'm a substitute teacher in a small rural school. We max out at 25 kids per grade. The whole town knows each other and it's an incredibly safe community as a whole. Regardless, we have cameras all over the place and it's a fireable offense to close your classroom door with only 1 student in the room with you. Personally, I always make sure there's at least 3 students total. On the rare occasion they want to tell me something personal (usually ratting on their desk buddy with their phone or something trivial) without 2 friends, I take the student to the hallway where there's half a dozen cameras on us and people are always walking around freely. I think those kids are awesome, but I also respect their safety (and mine).

I ran into another classroom when I was somewhere between eight and ten, to see the band instruments as the older students (11 to 13) had just returned from a band trip and I waited for my dad, also a teacher, to go home together, and my mum when she was subbing, sometimes assisting him or the janitor, reading, or enjoying the school and playground. The classroom was dark, but the teacher and a number of girls were at the other end of the classroom near a corner, sitting on and leaning against some shelving, learning to French Kiss with the teacher, and I immediately thought I had done something wrong because I never touched anything unless I was asked to get something the teachers shared between classrooms, but I hadn't thought I shouldn't go in prior, I hadn't known they were there, and I turned on the one set of lights nearest me and pretended I hadn't noticed anything, pretended to be interested in the instruments for some seconds, and then ran out while they continued to giggle and he continued to kiss another one of them, and they giggled and laughed nervously when I ran out, switching the light off behind me. He moved to the high school with some of these students and had a reputation. They thought he was hot. I couldn't weight lift at lunch because one of the sick beds was in there. He moved to Oz to teach for a year after his wife found out and when he came back, he made it clear he wanted to be taken seriously as a teacher and this was over, he taught a class on love (the different types of love) and sex ed. and stated that he would never cheat on his wife, and none of us said anything. @@itz.sorengacha He was a young teacher when he started, early twenties, but there was no way my dad would ever behave like that. I still think life was so much nicer then. He didn't cause much harm. It is more a distraction for the rest of the class and upsets the equilibrium and focus. Good teachers who weren't like this, weren't afraid to provide extra support to students, like a female teacher I know who took disadvantaged students home for sleepovers by turns and boosted their lives very positively. True. But, hear me out, maybe this officer knew exactly what he was doing. She was very coherent and cooperative, during the investigation, but i think he may have had a feeling he will get some good, incriminating, and embarrassing, footage if he pretends to let his guard down and make her feel "comfortable" with the situation. And she definitely delivered. In my opinion, getting her true-face-show of absolutely no remorse and taking this incident as a big joke, on video for the judge/DA (and a potential jury) to see, was genius. Besides, it'll prevent her lawyer from presenting her as a "poor, misunderstood, remorseful victim". That t-shirt comment will come back to bite her. Just like that dance. Just my two cents after seeing this. Admittedly, i don't always understand the current generation(s), and police procedures definitely have changed a LOT since the time of the flatfoot with a hardwood attitude-adjuster (and the time when "respect" was not just a buzzword for certain people to throw around when getting caught) Watching these videos make equally sad (for this AND the next generation LEOs) and glad to be a long retired, old fool. Whilst I understand the reasoning for deporting the second child abuser back to his country of origin after his prison sentence, to prevent him from victimising further kids in the US, one can only hope that he’ll be properly monitored once he’s actually back home, and the justice system there is sufficient to ensure that he doesn’t go right back to teaching - and abusing - even more children.
The answer is yes, They even said in the video that he would be deported and that the Country would be notified as to exactly why he was deported back..
@@Micki0048 That doesn’t mean that the monitoring systems in that country are up to par, if they exist at all. He could easily change his name and pay for forged documents and get right back to teaching in some rural community, or poor remote area, where they’re just glad to get any teachers they can. He’ll do whatever he needs to to get access to children. Not that I want him to stay in the US, but at least there are more ways of keeping track of registered sex offenders in America compared to, say, a developing country where keeping track of someone returning after a prison sentence whilst abroad will be a very low priority.
These are great examples of why every classroom should have a few cameras, not only for stuff like this but also for bullying and even future review by a teacher for assisting in modifying their teaching structure to fit the current kids they are teaching.
As a teacher, I agree and disagree. It's cool for safety, but that's about it. As a teacher I feel like the "art" of teaching is being pushed out for more formulaic and robotic instruction that sees everything being black and white. The classroom is not black and white. Each student is a variable, each day is a variable. Unless in the case of safety it shouldn't be shown to parents, but be up for review at any moment for safety concerns. I feel like teaching is one of the few professions where people feel like they can walk into a professional space and tell that professional how to do their job. You don't see it with doctors, architects, chefs, etc, but they feel they can walk in and tell us how to do our job. The same parents that can't take a day of e learning and teaching their 2 kids think they can tell me how to teach 28. That's insane.
So sad. My daughter-in-law is a teacher and the schools now have very strict protocol when it comes to comforting small students. I was a sub teacher for many years in the 90s. Things have changed so much. Back then, it was nothing to hug a grade schooler if she scraped a knee or if he lost a pet the night before. Children need adults to be protectors and sources of comfort away from home… and it’s just no longer allowed. I feel sorriest for the kids and the good teachers who care for them.
Im 43, back in middle school through high school I was in classrooms with a teacher alone on many occasions, students had rifles on the back rack of their trucks, fist fights after school ended in a handshake with nothing really hurt but pride, and I can remember way back getting the paddle by my principle in grade school. Imagine a man hitting a child with a wooden paddle with holes in 2023- he would be hung but back in the day it was in most schools. I even made a paddle in wood shop, we all did and chased freshmen on the last day of school. We gave some kids hell but didnt like hurt anyone. Still, these days the same actions would get cops called, lives ruined, prison.. Thank God I grew up back then, before students had kids while in school, before shootings, before participation trophies, before kids started thinking they werent what they are, before all this madness
I understand what you're saying from an emotional point of view, but I disgree completely. Parents are their children's role models and comforters. No adult, no matter how well-meaning, who is not a trusted family member should ever be allowed to hug a child or touch them in any way. I am not down with this "it takes a village" commie nonsense. Kids need to look at teachers, pastors, police, whoever, as AUTHORITY figures, not secondary parents.
Honestly when I was in a private school back in the 90s, the most teachers could do was high give us, or briefly pat us on the shoulder or top of the head, if we were crying. I never thought ‘oh I’m so mad my teacher didn’t hug me.’
Fascinated by the investigative techniques in the first vid. The way they ask mundane questions to get the suspect turned around and extending his lies just a little bit so they collapse when further information is revealed. Then the way they slowly draw their chairs closer to him as they tighten the net, to give him a feeling of panic so he makes more mistakes. It's probably textbook stuff for investigators but it's really interesting.
Oh yes! I was almost mesmerized by how they were such an amazing team! They should be training others how to conduct an interview in my opinion. You may believe it's probably "textbook stuff" but from what I've researched, this type of police scenario starting with friendliness, increasing pressure by moving towards him, then suddenly shoving their chairs away from him in unison was Psychology Theatre!

And then the original thumbnail showed a picture of her with the words " he was underage?" on a video about women abusing children. The uploader eventually changed it, as people were vocally unsubscribing as a result. Insinuating an innocent mother is a child sex criminal is a very wrong thing to do to a person, and probably some illegal form of slander / libel.
