It’s crazy how soliciting sex from a minor gets you 2 yrs but having a couple joints in your car gets you 10 years. Edit: Please stop being so literal in the comments. Damn, and fyi different states have different weed laws. It still ain’t legal in all the states yet. Just saying.
Couple joints hasn’t gotten you 10 years in a long time but you are right I believe sex crimes against children and grape should be prosecuted at the same penalty as murder and robbery
i know of 1 or 2 states that have 10 yr sentences for at least an ounce or more on a 2ND offense only. & thats the least amt. a couple joints w/ no med card is usually a fine in most states & a drug test if driving. so im thinking ur smoking too much of the ganja.
The first video isn't a father confronting the guy. Thats Tommy from Colorado Ped Patrol. He's an absolute legend that follows the rules to the T for the highest chance of conviction
Having been an investigator when I was in the military, That female detective interviewing Jailin is really freaking good. Thats what most people don't understand, we already know pretty much everything. We just let you talk yourself into your grave
@@lenxiabuda8338lol. I'm pretty sure what the comment ment in "knowing everything" is pertaining ONLY to the act in question. NOT ultimate knowledge of all things. Atleast that's what I understood reading that. I used common sense. Crazy right?
Wow, that one cop was treated like royalty. "Are the handcuffs okay? do you need shade? We will tell the jail staff who you are, so that they take that into consideration...." ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!
@birdsell1 she doesn't giggle, she's just very light in the conversation obviously to her advantage. Dude basically confirmed he did it, he wasn't detained nothing. She did an outstanding job.
The woman that's interviewing the third guy really does a good job at making everything seem like it's all peaceful and fine to lull him into a false sense of security.
I couldn't believe that the guy kept lying... He's being officially questioned for accusations of soliciting a minor, and thinks he might still get out of it 🤣
During that interview, I was thinking about how women - particularly younger women are (subconsciously) trained to raise their voices at the end of their sentences, as though their statements are almost a question. And she acted really unaware about social media. Based on the context, I'm sure she used that voice inflection intentionally to her advantage, and was way more saavy about social media than her voice and word choice let on....
I'm retired law enforcement and I have a huge issue with the second case. If you have irrefutable proof be discreet HELL NO make it as public and shameful as possible. Full court press perp walk so everybody knows exactly who and what he is!
I used to work for my local County Sheriff’s office. They definitely treat Patrol Officers differently versus Jailers. Because they straight came into the pod and arrested the Officer and took him out. Same kind of charges as in the video. Meanwhile a patrol deputy was arrested discreetly, booked very quickly and locked away.
The detective interrogating Jalin Fleer is pretty dang amazing. Acting almost ditsy and nervous makes him ease up, but she is holding allllll the cards.
She built a rapport with him by being a little flirty, giggly, etc and it worked like a charm. Ole Jaylen is a chomo in prison and is probably having a rough time in there.
And the fact that he's married makes me so angry!! Although I doubt he's going to be married much longer!! I feel bad for his wife. She's going to need therapy after this!! And she's going to be very careful about who she dates after this!!
Its so nice to see people understand the lady cop is acting friendly to lower the guys guard and its actually a tactic to calm the one being questioned while making them so comfortable words slip out.
Omg that third detective saying it’s voluntary and he kept talking 😂😂😂 what an idiot he’s a tool. Hats off to that detective for calming him to that position and emasculating him 😅
I mean... being all aggressive out of the blue will only Stress them out, Just by talking it out friendly will eventually let them Speak out the Truth and reveal what's hiding.
2nd guy is the scariest and there’s a chance his wife even knew, he asks the officer “can you call my wife and tell her to let the dogs out” it could have been code for her to destroy evidence. They mentioned he was on duty (work) so he wouldn’t have even cared about the dogs while at work; I could be looking to deep into it.
Exactly. I agree that with you. The dogs will not be harmed by not being let out. The flooring might suffer a bit, but the dogs will do what they gotta do.
15:00 she's such a good investigator lmao she's playing a role of someone who doesn't know what they're doing or a newbie but it's to give him a false sense of security
That interrogator was so good! Little probe here, back off, giggle about something, probe a little more, back it off, giggle... boom... hammer falls. No more giggles... no more fucking around.
You know if it was a civilian, they'd be asking him all kinds of questions, trying to get info. the cops in no 2 were purposely not asking anything so he didn't incriminate himself. disgusting.
Bro the most incriminating piece of information is always gonna be on the phone you think they gave that man 15 years off just a verbal statement bs bs 😭
common sense should tell you that interviewing a police detective for a crime is going to be much different than interviewing a random guy. you didn’t even see the interview you saw the arrest.
All cops are different in how they deal with people some C are laid back some are always pressuring. They already had all of his information and what he’s convicted of. I’m laid back until I can’t be based on the severity of the situation.
The lady interrogater did an expert job of establishing that his accounts were his and locking him in before she even hinted that they knew anything. With his job this kind of interview wouldnt even be all that out of place for an innocent cop if they were wrongfully accused of something or there were forensics complications with a scene they were on. It had to be on his mind that they knew at that point but he didnt have a story ready for someone else being on his profiles. Great job.
A lot of people seem to think that once you delete a nessage, photo, etc that it's gone. But it's not! It can be pulled from your phone by someone trained to do just that!
*The 2nd clip: the arresting officer told the arrested detective that he would tell booking who the detective was ahead of sending him to get booked, so they'd go easy on him. Because he was law enforcement. If you intend on harming minors, you are a monster.*
cops know all of the games so they are being buddies hoping to get them comfortable. They will think their badge can get them out of it until the last min.
Tbh it makes sense in retrospect, trying to use tactics on a INVESTIGATOR, is near impossible, and since they know the law a lot, being normal to them is the smartest plan
Being the daughter of a retired law enforcement officer I'm well aware officers are human and make mistakes. But the treatment the detective received pissed me off. I don't care what your profession is you sexually assaulted a child you deserve NO special treatment or show of respect.
Thing is, treating them without any respect when you're trying to get them to fess up is a surefire way to make them WAY LESS willing to fess up. You gotta get them relaxed and comfortable enough for them to possibly slip up or even just outright confess.
@@shanemiller1219that’s not true, cops are immediately put in protective custody for their safety. Chomos are too most of the time, but they do get thrown in the gladiator pods sometimes.
@@shanemiller1219pedo cop! 😂 sounds like a dead man walking to me, stupid they get special treatment. Aka being held apart from the general population in a criminal punishment type setting. Do the crime pay the time, different world prison is, which they chose to enter into 🤷♀️ it is what it is buddy boys 😂 wanna take advantage of children? Abuse your power? Let em see how long that power trip lasts
14:52 watch greatest detective interrogating to perfection!! She made it an absolute art!! ALL Police departments should show every interrogator on their force that part of this video! She was Amazing!!!!
I'm so glad they were caught. Can you imagine how their Mom's and Dads felt not to mention their Wife's and Children. May God bless and protect their victims 🙏 ❤
It's good that at least the top comments seem to understand that you have to handle cops differently when they're also criminals. They know all the tricks in the book and, yes, they are armed usually when they're first confronted. If they feel they have nothing left to lose, they could go literally postal.
I was a Police Explorer when I was in high school. Lots of grooming went on there. Officers would regularly invite the female Explorers to parties where they furnished plenty of alcohol. I quit when it came to my attention that grown men were making bets in the locker room on who could have sex with me first. I was 15. Gross. This sort of thing is super common in police departments all across the country.
Oh dear! My community runs one of the largest and most popular explorer programs in our area. It’s run/attended by several officers and my daughter spent her senior year there. She loved it. The head officer is a female. I wonder if the addition of female officers to the explorer unit kept it pretty “clean?” They spent a ton of money on those kids.
@@morriigana whatre they interrogating they have all the evidence on his phone and knew everything he had done he was simply being treated better than a common criminal
That’s crazy, when I got locked up I told the police I live alone and my dog needed to be taken care of and I needed to contact a family member to make sure they came to feed her, let her out and keep her watered and they told me that if I couldn’t get anyone on the phone and have them get there within a few minutes they were going to lock up the keys to my house and put me in a cell where I can’t use the phone until the next Friday assuming I had enough money in my possession to be put on my books to pay for a phone call in the pod and that was all for not paying probation fees or supposedly carrying a concealed weapon even though my pistol was outside the waistband, a person claimed they couldn’t see it after calling the police because they seen it. When the police got there they seen that my handgun was clearly in plain sight and I didn’t have a CCW at the time. Nothing close to attempting to sexually assault a minor. They even broke my fishing pole (because I was fishing somewhere where I had permission to be) and this man was treated 10 times better than I was
And I would of arrested u also get your priorities right you got fees and warrants but got a big Ole expensive gun on your hip flashing it around for the world 2 see like your so big tough guy but then u complain about every little tiny thing and think there gona what take u home 2 do chores while your getting locked up for shit that was your fault the problem isn't the policy it's u all being entitled and having no accountability for your actions quit being a dumb and they would leave u alone like every woman u have ever met
Hope the poor dogs even lived. Some of the stuff that's legal is disgusting, and nobody cares the second they hear you're a criminal. Even over something as minor as that.
Thank you for using full names in these videos, not likely a viewer would come across these creeps but it great to have their names & faces out there just in case.
@@Mrnubhead-eg7bj there's tons of over 18 porn they can watch out there they don't need to watch kid crap that just feeds the monsters that make the crap this guys are going after 12 13 14 year olds I'm 47 and I don't think I'd get with anyone under 22 lol just glad I got a wife that's 40 and when we meet she was 17 and I was 24 but her mom and dad liked me thank god so we dated for 4 years before we got married I do feel for the magic number thing of 17 it gets me some, like its 4 months from her birthday and she has sex with a guy who's 18+ and there fu#%ed there a sexual predator even if there not really
I recognized his voice right away. I have heard CPP say that they started this because they had personal experience with this stuff. I think one of their kids was targeted by someone online, so it’s not impossible that he could be the father of the kid, though I am pretty sure this is just one of their catches. Can’t say I’m at all surprised the title of the video is just clickbait. I’ve pretty much come to expect that they all are clickbait.
Yes Thomas fellows. He's addicted to coke and has a charge for child abuse. He does it for profit. Alex Rosen with the predator poachers is the real deal
The woman detective was incredible, because she was talking like a "Mrs. Rogers" in a beautiful neighborhood in Disneyland....so cheerful & sweet- then-Bam! "Ur Under Arrest- SIR!!"
Man the cops put the cuffs on me so tight they broke my scafoid bone and I had to have surgery. And it was for looking like someone 😂 That second cop was treated like a baby when he's sexually abusing them.
omg i’ve seen this 3rd video and i’m so excited to watch again! detective / officer that’s interrogating him is so so smart! the way she plays into his ego and lets him feel in control is incredible! she read his ass like a book
Well done guys protecting kids I still think about what happend to me as a child . My childhood was stolen by s a . An I’m 70 years old . Never forget . Regards uk 🇬🇧
Being calm and building a rapport with the person being questioned is one of the best (legal) ways to get information out of people. If you come in upset and confrontational they’ll shut down and you’ll get nothing. I’m certain she hated acting all friendly to him just as much as you hated hearing it
I find it unsettling that with so many of these twisted individuals out there it is likely each and every one of us has shaken hands with one at some point in time.
@@micah.1009 no, they don't. It's just that the police is already being trashed by the majority of people and the good cops (which are the majority) have it hard as it is doing their jobs, so, many times cops are arrested without many people knowing. Cops are people, too. They feel hurt and betrayed, too, when one of them commits a crime, especially if it's disgusting and horrible. Imagine working in a factory and because of one colleague that's a thief, everyone else is called a thief. It's frustrating and you probably wouldn't want to be labeled a criminal when you're not.
Believe that. The harm doesn't matter but any arrest counts like something good done for the community. It isn't right and only seems to get worse. We all make choices I wonder what makes them do it
Any sexual crimes with a child, at all in any sense, should be a choice between death and life in prison with no chance of parole. But the USA is run and funded by rich peds, so we'll never see it happen. Unless🗿
As someone that truly does walk into 90% of the conversations knowing the answer. Or will near guarantee research the topic thouroughly before you notice too long of a delay in responses. I can guarantee that is the most BS comment i've read this past month. Majority of people can't get their final two brain cells to cooperate most cases in todays society. You hit them with more intellectual property than a second grader; and their fuse will dim quickly. Normally swapping to "emotional mode" as a defense mechanism. Feeling a defamation of character holds impact when they have zero knowledge of the person. Its really quite humorous watching something so pathetic try that route. 😂
When I was 16 and 17 there was a cop in my town that used to try to meet up with me and some of my friends like all the time. I was extremely naïve and thought he was good looking so it took me years to realize he was a creep.
