I don't know much about rugby but that send off for Lomu sent shivers down my spine. What a sport, what a code of honour. Respect to all the rugby people out there.

I remember being in highschool when Jonah Lomu passed away. Even in South Africa, everyone talked about the devastating loss. Definitely a loss that was felt throughout the rugby world, worldwide

OK, call me a wanker, but I don't agree with the kid being rewarded for running on the pitch. I don't blame Sonny Bill, he seems a top bloke and was doing the decent thing - although I draw the line at giving his medal away; you should only have one of those if you've earned it. Security here was just doing his job. I actually think it was disrespectful of the youth to run on the pitch like that. Security can't know what he's up to running up to the players, could have been a small adult with a weapon. He got a lot of flak for his actions, but I think he should have been shown respect for doing exactly what he was paid to do. No way the little git should have walked away with a medal.

What the heck!? Kneeling to Macron? That is like kneeling to the devil in person.

I'm a huge Rugby League fan and have always admired the mutual respect players show, (check out the prayer at the end of the Fiji v Samoa RL World Cup match in 2013 in Warrington), mixed with mutual hatred and violence of course! However, I'm sorry to say, particularly in the last decade, that too many League players are confronting referees, questioning decisions and only on the odd occasion are referees taking the mark ten metres further. League needs to look at Union and follow its example rather than looking at soccer for how to behave towards the ref.
