I am always so much in awe of your versatility!! I am a city girl and I have no desire at all to homestead or farm - but I LOVE watching you and learning about the process. You are so inspiring with your vast knowledge of nearly everything. I love your real life approach - I don’t feel the need to be perfect. Thank you for sharing your world.
For so many years I tried to keep a spotless house and beautiful garden and lawn...the speed of life and growing children happens in the blink of a eye. Thanks for showing us real Mama life ..its okay to be perfectly imperfect in all the crazy imperfect minutes that's when the best memories are made 💝🌞🙏🕊
I am recently widowed and I have messes in my new condo already! Trying to find places for my things! I was married for 56 years with 9 kids so I know messes! ❤️
Love Benjamin's little voice. He has such a curious mind. You are such a giving mama with your time. Hope you were able to finish that delicious breakfast. Happy Mother's Day.
I'm thrilled to see some messiness . Most of the other creators I watch always have spotless perfectly decorated homes. Makes me feel inferior sometimes. I too have messes. Love that you keep it real.
I'm a disabled 61 year old woman and love watching the UTUBE Videos of you and your beautiful family.. You're a wonderful wife and Mom. Wishing you a very Happy Mother's Day! God Bless you all!
I don't know how you do so much! You are absolutely amazing. You really encourage me to start getting some things set up here. Thank you for sharing your life, and thank you for being a Christian
I am a full time caregiver giver to my hubby parkinsons with probable Lewy body and feel most days I am barely treading water..Little Benjamin's adventures melt my ❤ heart.I miss my commonwealth and my little 8 acres with cabin.I don't know how you do all the things, but you give me hope by keeping life real..I love the salad bouquet..I can't believe how fast the baby has grown. 💝 Bless u and your beautiful family for making me feel less of a failure
If you are a full time carer for your husband all credit to you. His two medical conditions are challenging for anyone. Please do not describe yourself as a failure, you are a loving, caring, hard working lady. Respect to you 💐💐💐
I cared for my father and mother as full time caregiver as well. My father had Parkinson's so girl I feel ya! Many thoughts and prayers remember how much you love him and just do your best, that mantra and the good Lord is what got me through.😊
@@katyjordan6455 thank you so very much ..so many doses of kindness and understanding renews my faith in humanity and certainly feels like a deep cleansing breath in to push forward. 🙏💝🕊
It's these kinds of videos that make me take a step back and say 'I'm not soening my entire weekend cleaning this house, I'll get to it later'. So hard for me as I'm use spending my entire Saturday deep cleaning my house every single week and then regretting missing out on my weekend come Sunday night.
Thank you Jamerill! It’s nice to know I’m not the only one with all the things that somehow migrate into different areas in our home that only Mom can deal with. You are a wonderful godly Mom who reminds me to be patient and kind. ❤🙏🏻 Val C
I’m 8 years older than my younger brother, he always looked to me as second mama. We are extremely close today being 30 and 22 years old. Benjamin sounds JUST like him when he was little and it makes my heart melt 😩❤️
You are so inspiring and have it so together. I had children, little stair steps, and I wasn’t as together as you are. My babies are grown long ago and I’d like to do it all again. Enjoy them while they are little.
Jamerrill, Thank you so much for being such a true inspiration to me! I have been in a funk since September (I lost both of my grandpas just 2 weeks apart one was like a dad to me). You have inspired and motivate me to keep my homestead going and to get up and actually do things. I believe God sent your video my way! Thank you for all of your wonderful videos💛
Finally, May 9th we are getting your type of weather. I'm in Belgium, so across the globe. We just mowed our lawn yesterday, finally, that was a project that was left as a "to do" for a couple weeks. Now, granted we typically only do it every 6 weeks, but it was past due for real now. LOL!
We can relate so much! Always love hearing from you! Getting a video up each week is a miracle in itself for us! 😂The calendar block here, has not been changed. we actually just changed ours because it was weeks off and felt obligated! 😂 Hope you all have a wonderful, blessed summer! 💖
I absolutely love watching you, it is just my husband and I but I still enjoy seeing how big family's run. I did have a curiosity about your baby kitchen, what are your plans for the appliances and shelves? Are you going to re use something and sell the rest? Thanks for taking the time to read comments! Have a blessed week.
Between yard & garden work & petting Margaret & the porkers & all the cleaning & then...still cooking, you deserve a day off! Happy Mother's Day to both you & your mother. 💐💐😍🙏
Aww Margaret is so cute 😍! I love that your working with her halter now that is so perfect! Remember that anything else that she's allowed to do now she will do when she's older. 🙃 Just something to keep in mind.
Thank you for brightening my hard day! I so appreciate you. You.pushed me to push through. Thank you for sharing the real life mess situations!!! Tobin is a Sweet potato himself! 🤗 I actually felt the therapeutic effects as you were petting Margaret‼️ Love ya
Thank you thank you thank you! For showing the real state of the kitchen!! Real life!!! So reassuring when so many people just show the good not the real 😁
Margaret is so cute and so are the 🐷! Good job getting your area cleaned you wanted to get cleaned! I’ve always loved how real you are! We all have our messy areas! We’re having traditional Chicagoland area weather going from pants and long sleeves to shorts and tshirts in a matter of days!
I raised a black Angus bull up from a bottle his name was buster I had spent so much time with him and babied him so much when he would escape his fence I could go out and just holler for him by name and he would come running no matter where he was
Hi Jamerrill, nowadays there are quite a lot of vloggers creating content about their big family lives. I wonder how many of them were inspired by you and your vlogs. Probably quiet a number... For me YOU are the original one and I love what you do and share with us. Sometimes I go back and watch some of your earlier videos and I enjoy them, too. Thank you!
tip for transporting your jars: take a tube sock and cut the toe end off. slip the sock onto your jar and cut it to fit. then when you pack your jars into whatever you transport them in, they won't clank.
U am so glad to know and see that even a RU-vid mom with thousands of followers is also not perfect...with the perfectly clean and organized spaces! I have those same piles in my house! Live ya girl and your realness!! From Montgomery al 🙏 ❤️
Things are changing I've been watching you for quite a long time it's so much fun you do so much in a short time I am amazed God bless and take care all of you my love
I shared your Insta thing where you talked about the survival skills and outdoor cooking with some men who run security services because they have ll been preaching preparedness for a while now. They LOVED it!
I just want wish you and yoyr mother a very Happy Mother's Day. And all of the mothers out there too. May eveone have have a Blessed day. ☺💐🐣🐥🐮🐱🐝🐞🐄🐏💝🌻🌺🌷
Hello Sophia I store out important documents in an accordion style organizer. It has big blue flowers on it it’s made of very hard cardboard and has openings on top that make it look like a pocketbook. I love it. I also love yours very smart looking. Tfs. Diana Romero ❤️🙏🏼💐
Love your down to earth discussions…I’m one person now and I have messes…what on earth do I do all day! Lol so I can perfectly understand how things can get out of control…there are always more fun things to do then tidy and clean. My weak pony is my bedroom and laundry…tons of seasonal clothes in different bags, Pickleball clothes, casual everyday clothes then stuff for a nice restaurant visit and it it all piles up until I take time to do laundry..,it’s all upstairs and I rarely ho up after I come down for the day …end up just shutting the door. You are doing a fantastic job! Have a wonderful weekend!
This is random but my favorite part of this video is seeing a REAL Mama in REAL working clothes with braided hair. So many RU-vid channels just show Moms perfectly made up and dressed and a perfectly clean home. That isn't real life. Jamerill you are so good at showing how a Mama really manages day to day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
I have messes too. I always have said that I’ve a creative soul and I am. And with the 6 of us. It’s wild some days in our small house. I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
Perhaps use the area where the bar stools are for shelves. That would give you the needed storage space and could be temporary too. You could not sit at the counter anymore but it’s not a useable space at the moment.
Everything in life is live and learn….when I did my first vegetable garden I had no idea what I was doing….and I got 100 jalapeños! The spiciest I have EVER tasted! And I I no idea what to do with them…..so deep breaths and everything is a learning process. I really appreciate all that you are sharing with us.
I wish I still had kid messes to clean up 😭 I wish I would've enjoyed those times more and not get aggravated. I would do anything to have my kids make messes again
Once again, thank you for keeping it real. I love how you show us the reality of messes in your house that we all have at times too. No pretense here! 👍🏻❤️
My house is a mess i 63 with 21 19 sons i do not keep well but will spend 6 hours or more in garden i love it threw a lot out you do not need to many cooking things pots pans i had new kicten in march now the only place looks great.got rid of nic niks our eggs are2 for doz but can get 3 big bag frozen chichen for 10 pounds about 30.35 frarmfoods in scotland your great mum and.wife take time to sit enjoy wee baby have coffeex☕🧁🫖🧁✨💐🏴
Jamerrill, I love you and love watching you work, please forgive my comment here. I don’t see your children helping you clean the house, especially the kitchen. You stay so busy cooking, prepping and cooking. I’m sorry if I’m being rude or nosey. Please forgive me. I am sure they do many things behind the scenes and school work. Much love and many blessings!
I love watching you develop your little farm! Have you considered setting up a worm composter? I am setting one up this year so I can have lots of worm castings and worm tea to fertilize with! Bonus is that you get rid of kitchen scraps quicker than waiting for compost to break down!
This is a wonderful idea, but I’m not sure this family needs one to get rid of their kitchen scraps. They seem to give it all to their beloved chickens 😄 I’m sure you’ve seen their scrap bowl being filled with all edible things imaginable. Not sure there’d be much left for the worms! Soon they’ll have pigs too (or, they may already do, I haven’t watched the video yet) and they’ll eat what the chickens won’t 😄 I love the idea of critters eating what we leave, wether it’s worms, chickens or pigs!
Oooh, please tell me more about a worm farm! We are moving to a 1-acre lot and I want to make the most of it. I’m scared of composting because my 1 attempt resulted in a cockroach nest! 🤢
