You know ive never felt warm like this before i literally fewl it in my heart like literally it is so strange feeling i really thankful for you thank you for turning my shitty evenings in something special hope you will not stop doing videos thank you i feel so bad and you are truly helping

These audios, rather than be depressing, gives me an idea of a person to strive for. I suppose it's a little flawed, there aren't going to be so many people willing to do this (and doing this for someone isn't as good as doing it for yourself), but having the idea of working hard to improve myself to be deserving of this level of care is very motivating. I used to feel kinda crazy when I first discovered these audios (late-Dec 2023), because I was always gently scratching my head and whispering "Shhh... you're ok, you're safe, etc"- and I used to hear a "Mommy" voice that always gave me praise ("Good job!", "Gooood boyyyyyy...") whenever... but I'm controlling that voice to only praise me when I've completed something, or serving as motivation ("I believe in you, you can do it!"). Negative self-talk was suppressed when I heard this soothing voice which was really nice. No more random scratchies throughout the day. Now that I think about it, that was my positive self-talk expressing itself. I did know that having Mommy's voice in my mind and not my own was also not ideal, so I'm working on that. I'm working on myself (social skills, talking to a set number of people per month, gym, proper nutrition, lacking a sleep schedule but I'll get to it) and I figure that I need to be deserving of this love. It is possible, you don't have to only fall asleep to these videos. Think: "What I hear can be FELT IRL. MOMMY IS REAL and waiting for me." Go out there and find Mommy. There is hope. The voices get louder and they are encouraging you. (Reply to this to keep me accountable. Please.) This one hits hard bc i recently had a meltdown while on call with a friend then i started hearing noises everywhere and they wouldn't stop i thought i was going insane and i swear the noise was real but no one else could hear it. Only difference is it wasnt just a dream that i could wake up from (i got no sleep that night)
