@Arti Singal sorry to say but u r wrong....not every indian know how to speak hindi as india is very vast and its not important that if north indian speak hindi so every indians are bound to speak hindi only..only 26%indian speak hindi and 18% speak some dialect of hindi which is around 44% people are there who speak hindi...so u cant say this and force others to speak hindi as hindi is not a national language its just an official language just like other 21 official language.if u doubt my words then just google this info.

You can make momo in a pan without steamer or soupy momo’s. Put little oil in the pan and put momo as per size of the pan and pour a cup of water slowly on the momo and leave it for 15 minutes in medium heat. Meantime if momo’s water is dry before 15 minutes just pour little more water. Later water should absorb and momo’s becomes ready to eat. The name is called “kothey momo” in Tibetan or pan fry momo. Dipshika Gurung first put oil on the pan and leave momo for 1 minute and pour 1 small cup of water on momo slowly & leave 15 minutes with medium heat. If In case water is dry before 15 minutes pour little more water on it and and then after 15 minutes it’s cooked. If you’re more confused then go to RU-vid about kothey momo or pan fry momo’s.
