Isn’t it funny that when top leaders quit/get fired it’s “sad” or an “absolute injustice”. They would never say that Toni is “lazy” or “wasn’t working hard enough”. Oh but they’ll absolutely drag Mary Sue from their downline when she does the same.

Monat have ignored the non compliance and kept it in their back pocket until a time that suits them. What's sad is it doesn't matter how many times these people have been burnt by an MLM they keep on going to different companies.

Not "I Don't Have to Pay Taxes" Toni! 😂 Sounds like Monat is in the negative paying out their 92 millionaires out of 460,000(my estimate) distributors. What's sad is that the money Monat will save by not paying Toni:The Anti-Tax Warrior, will be funneled up to corporate and not the bottom of the pyramid.

My theory is, Monet didn't give specifics for her compliance issues because they had let her go years of going against compliance. And it would look bad to suddenly target her after years of letting her get away with stuff

I feel sorry for her and her husband in the sense of losing all their income as someone’s husband who lost his job 2 weeks ago as a contractor for a company and is our main source of income HOWEVER she should have known this day would come, I’ve seen so many videos of her publicly saying she doesn’t pay taxes which definitely can get you into a lot of trouble not to mention mlms are not secure and you can be fired for any reason at any time. You are not a business owner.

Why would you feel sorry for them? The made $15 MILLION dollars! They should have millions of dollars saved and never have to work again. These ppl would be the last ones that I would ever feel sorry for. I mean come on, they were bringing in $100,000+ a MONTH for years!

First, this looked like a ransom video lol. Second, she has definitely been pushing her business coaching hard for the last year. Look up Simple Wealth on RU-vid. She also has a podcast and has been doing a lot of interviews on other podcasts. I don’t think she is blameless in any of this at all. She’s a very shady person too.

My theory. Monat, is tanking financially and in order to get out of the red they need to get rid of the high performs because that's where the bulk of money is going. Would be interested to know if they've let go of other internal hires besides Stu 🤔

Totally agree that trying to gather extra evidence for their case, would be nice to think she was supporting a future class action...but nah, not the vibe I'm getting. Totally hated his money comment! And as(at least) sov citizen adjacent re taxes.... Whilst Monat owner family - from Savannah's read through of the fired CEO's lawsuit - are not fit to run a company (if he had to nag them into doing the basic governance). So making termination decisions that are self destructive to the company seems reasonable to them.

Not an expert in MLMs but have participated in many sales organizations and reducing cost; this to me sounds like they are cutting costs to get more lean. Smells like a sale of the company or possible investor opportunity .
