MMs making 2-3k a month aren't maintaining rank. None of these people are getting or keeping founders shares. The money is ALWAYS funneled to the tippy top. And people "unable to buy groceries" shouldn't be spending FOURTY FRIKKING DOLLARS on a bottle of shampoo! They should be spending $4 at the drug store and using the other $36 to put food on their table. It makes me physically ill to see how out of touch these top leaders are.

The sad thing is she’s putting all this loyalty and passion into a company that will never give it back to her. Look how they treated Tony, the supposed top person in this company. I promise you if Monat wanted her out, they would find a way. Also look at the current discord between current and ex top leaders. What Jewells is talking about is you can go to the commission report and find all of your VIP, MP and retail customer name and see when they are supposed to reorder again. BUT you cannot see what they purchased or what you will get paid. Monat just loads money on your card. Very little money. Monat has sales every week and that makes commissions short. You do NOT make 30% on sale items.

I looked up hotels in Denver, I don’t know if she lives there but I figured that would be one of the more expensive areas and the cheapest hotel I found was $67 a night so yeah, just because some hotels around her are $600+ a night, definitely doesn’t mean that’s the norm.
