The cheesesteak rift has me laughing my butt off. I messaged you last week about my 67 years living in Philly and suggested Jim's Steaks at 4th and South Sts. The thing about Jim's is they only use grass fed sirloin no rib eye...and the rolls are soft like a sponge. I only go down and grab one once a year and they have been closed from a small fire in November but are reopening soon. If you ever play the Center City area of Philly in the future check the place out...all the athletes and entertainers from out of town sign pictures on the walls and become the occasional regular...You are loved in Philly Bill . Rib Eye sirloin etc are all based on rib count down from the forequarter, eg 1st 4 ribs along the neck are Chuck steak (stew) the next 6 to 8 ribs are Rib eye (scotch fillet ) awesome steak, the rest of the muscle is sirloin/porter house awesome steak,, leave the bone in and you have T bone for about 5 ribs eg it has eye fillet, the philli cheese steak would be silverside, topside, round all from the Butt of the beef (hind leg without the Rump) and the rib meat like brisket (but not brisket these days too expensive) that meat when used is like the tail end of bacon, its the same muscles , slow cook that meat its good, it is cheap full of flavour and what you get in the steak sub along with chuck. The more tender the meat the less taste and not want you want of a Steak Sub. I get up on my soap box when people think they need the best cuts of meat, it has ruined the meat industry and turned us the consumers into meat bigots.

1:00 I think the strictness about the advertisement is all about the public image and impact. If it starts leaking then people _might_ think that the production is bad, or that the people involved have no respect for their product etc. Even though it might as well work out in their favor, if it somehow gets a buzz around it from the "mismanagement", and people turn out to love it and it becomes a massive hit and whatnot, i can't recall an example right now, but i'm sure it has happened before. It's always a risk to put something out there of course, i guess they just prefer to do it in a synchronized way, probably to boost the momentum, making a bigger splash and stuff like that. 9:33 Remenants, Bill? 31:31 I was so disappointed when i had my first cheese "steak" sandwich. Of course it wasn't a true American Philly, but i think i get the gist of what people would call "steak". Which is definitely not my kind of definition, because i was expecting some lean clean meat, but it's more in the kebab, shoarma, donner kinda corner. It's not really some freshly grilled meat on a bun, it's sliced and diced and seasoned beyond recognition (probably to hide the 'age' of the meat). 39:00 I was actually going to comment that last week, but i was too lazy. But yeah, it's really evil, because they keep changing the rules on how much milk they can store, or how many cows they can have etc., the farmers try to keep up, but the goalposts keep getting moved. And now with the PFAS bullstool, the government is using that as an excuse to "clean up" the industry, when everybody knows that the exact opposite will be happening. So yeah, keep an eye out for this, as other governments might try this as well. Btw, kinda funny, that guy watches similar channels that i do as well, maybe i did write in after all.

Major respect for your continued sobriety. Just celebrated 6 years of sobriety myself after spending 7 days in the hospital for alcohol abuse. My liver was so fatty the doctor initially suspected I had Hep-C. Fast forward to the present and I still cringe thinking about consuming alcohol. Some of the things I haven't missed being sober: hangovers, blacking out, drunk driving conviction, driving home after 2AM, fast food binges, bar fights, throwing away money at strip clubs, hanging out with drug dealers, misplacing sunglasses/wallet/keys/cell phone/clothing/credit card/cash, higher car insurance rates, bloated face, hanging with sketchy people, waking up somewhere unfamiliar, forgetting how you got home, being too hammered to board the flight home from Mexico, drunk dialing exes...
