Love from Albuquerque I’m 3 weeks into a carnivore diet. Made a 90 day commitment to check it out. Hopefully it will help my severe neuropathy in my legs and feet. I’m about 5 months away from finishing cancer treatment (leukemia) I’m disease free at this time. Thanks for everything guys

Day 96 Carnivore lifestyle. Loving it. Type 2 diabetes. No longer insulin dependent. Inflammation has decreased drastically. Peripheral neuropathy has improved. Quality of life increased. 😂❤
I have been following you for a couple years and am coping well with keto/carnivore. I have myasthenia gravis and when getting a ct scan on my thymus a 3cm growth was spotted on the tail of my pancreas. I feel well, no pain and waiting to have my spleen and pancreas tail removed. I think being carnivore has stopped the growth being worse. BBBE is fine.
I was wandering around Philadelphia today remembering the 1970s when I lived here and when NO ONE on the East Coast had ever heard of, tasted, or seen an AVOCADO, let alone having made/tasted Guacamole! lol! That really ages me I guess. Congratulations on your discovery!!
I am from Louisiana and my husband and I have been on the Carnivore diet for about 5 weeks. My husband and I are prettt strict but my husband does drink Dr. Peppers and he does not exercise. I drink water and run 3 days a week and he is losing weight but I can't seem to lose any weight. We eat meat and eggs and a little cheese.

I have ALOT of weight to lose 100+ I use the bathroom every 2 hours and have restless leg syndrome. What can help, I take magnesium. And I want to lose faster any ideas?
62, thryroid Cancer Survivor (Hemithyroidectomy), on Armor Thyroid, recently diagnosed with Diabetes 2 (family curse), taking mostet amount of Metforman, following a Keto diet (almost) and jeeling blood sugar levels down… Crossfit, Swimming… Still feel exausted all of the time. My husband had a pancreaticoduodenectomy (whipple) in 2016. He seems to be handling carnivore well so far. Is this diet ok for him after that type of surgery?

Diuretic. Need more salt, water and MAGNESIUM. Use Mg GLYCINATE and Mg THREONATE. Mg Oxide is garbage. Mg Citrate somewhat better absorbed but it makes you go .
